I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the treatment I received from this neurologist and his practice. I was referred by my GP due to a severe migraine that had already lasted 3 weeks and was no longer responding to the medication previously prescribed. This is also not the first time I have dealt with this condition, and the neurologist already had my medical history on file, yet my concerns were still completely dismissed. Instead of showing urgency, empathy, or professionalism, I was refused admission because I could not immediately pay the R2000 consultation fee. To make matters worse, the neurologist then told another doctor that I “didn’t want to pay the R2000” and was therefore “going the medical aid route,” which is completely inaccurate and unprofessional. At no point was I refusing to pay — I was trying to access necessary medical care through the appropriate medical aid process while suffering with ongoing pain and worsening symptoms. What is most upsetting is the complete lack of compassion and manner shown throughout this experience. I was treated as though my condition and pain were not serious, despite dealing with a prolonged migraine that had persisted for weeks and medication that was no longer effective. For a specialist, the dismissive attitude, poor communication, and lack of basic professionalism are unacceptable. The practice itself is equally frustrating to deal with. The neurologist is almost never available when calling, and the receptionist is consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Patients already dealing with stressful medical situations should not have to fight just to communicate with a doctor’s office. The hospital should also seriously reconsider relying on only one neurologist who is only available in the evenings. Patients needing urgent neurological care during the day are left with very limited options, unnecessary delays, and added stress. Access to proper healthcare should not feel this difficult. Overall, this experience left me feeling ignored, judged, unsupported, and deeply disappointed in both the neurologist and the level of care provided. I would not recommend this practice to anyone expecting professionalism, compassion, or patient-centered care.
Hello Peter: I have been a loyal client of Cartrack's since May 2020. When I signed my contract with Cartrack I trusted that I would be doing business with a reputable company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the service I have been receiving from them. Ever since I signed with Cartrack, my vehicle was taken in for service on several occasions and I did not receive a single notification from Cartrack to alert me that my vehicle battery was off, as per my contract with them. Surely at the point the battery was removed from the vehicle during the service, the standard procedure would be to notify me of non-typical activity on my vehicle and get my confirmation that all was in order. However at no point have I ever received such communication from Cartrack. To my increasing vexation with Cartrack, yesterday after another lengthy phone call with one of their representatives, I discovered that the registration loaded on their system for my vehicle has been incorrect all along! Turns out I have been paying towards a service for two years for nought! This is unacceptable, unfair and beyond pathetic treatment of a client. Their service is appalling! I am currently struggling to get assistance to cancel my contract with them. They are actually serious about insisting I pay their cancellation fee and payments for the months left over on the contract! In what universe do they think it is even ethical to request that of me after they have been receiving my money faithfully and all along haven't been holding up their end of the bargain! If I could rate their service anything lower than this one star, it would be lower than zero!
Vodacom insurance is a scam they have declined my claim because the contract sim was not in the phone and i realised that the contract send to me is invalid because they have the incorrect details of the device they insured iphone 6 and iphone 11 pro .
i bought a washing machine online on the 4th of July their delivery policy is 2-6days, i am still waiting. their call centre agents always tell me they have escalated the matter still waiting for feedback. when i ask to speak to the manager apparently they always in meetings.
