I moved to new addres. Been a 10 days now since im in. I try using the direct line. But the people are very unhelpful. No complaints department. Then there is the watsapp number. Totaly useless. My stuff has still not been tranfered to my new home. And no calls u. Or u cant seem to get hold of a living being. On "willie-the-bot" who ever though this up needs to be fired. This is useless And utter poor service
My car was in an accedent on the 17th of may 2023. Today is the 31st of may 2023. After trying to get a straight awnser for the status of my car. Nobody can give me a awnser. The repair was aproved for repair on the 23rd. Its still stiooed down and waiting for yet another assesment for aditional parts not accounted for. That was only loaded the 30th of may 2023. At 13h44. Nobody wants to help or escilate the matter to sebior management. Yet my car is not near being complete. They also estimate my car being complete the 30th of june 2023...realy
I recently sent in a Tissot T touch solar expert watch in for repairs under warrenty. Is sent in through the watch dealer. It took moer than 3 months for the repair. The very next day after i received the watch back the same problem started and also wet and water got into the watch. The movement shorted and stoped working. The lcd is dead. The watch is supose to be 10 bar water resistant. Seems after the repair the pressure test was also not done and no new seals was fitted. My watch is totally ruined.

My wifes car was involved in an accedent. The person skipped a stop sign and crashed into my wifes car. As a result the car was beyond repair and was written off. We laid a claim with iwyze and the car was accessed. The car was insured at retail price. How ever iwyze decided to the pay out is going to be book value. After multiple emails between my wife and mandisa. And being promised my mandisa in email that she would call me to sort out the issue. Nothing has happened yet. So I want know how do they slash the retail value of a car by 50%. Even though i have paid a prepmium on my policy for full retail value of the car.
I must say thank you to Clint for hearing me out and assisting me in query in regards to a mechanical warrenty claim. Evn though i was upset. He calmly heloed me out and resolved my issue. Thanks Clint
I had to go to Netcare Clinton clinic ER to get stitches for a cut on my finger. The 6th of december 2021. I got to the rooms at 5pm. 6:30pm me and countless patients was not attended to. After a started to complain and the matrone came to hear me out things started to happen. By 7:30pm i was eventaly helped. And left the emergency rooms by 7:45pm. Almost 3 hours for a simple cut. Yet more serious cases was not attended to in the same time frame. Some of the patients was there sin 2pm and stil yet not looked out and moved to obsevation and admitted.
I bought a 2015 ford focus St. I then purchased an extra mechanical warrenty from insure africa.on the 24th of November 2021 I took my car to Barloworld Ford Alberton for a repair they replaced the cars altenator. I gave them all the details. The claim was approved. When my car was ready to collect on the 26th of November 2021 but I could not get my car becouse ford refuse to release my car becouse insure africa did not do the payment. I had to fork out R12000 To get my car release. I tried to get a refund back from the dealership. I phoned the insurance company an was informed the claim was only submitted on the 26th the day i collected my car and payment was done within 4 days after that on the 30th. I tried to get hold of the service advisor but he since left the dealership. I tried with the service manager but she since sent me one email and is on leave. I dont know how they operate. But that means my car would had to stay for 4 days at the dealer ship plus the 3 days it took them to replace the altenator. The case have been transfered to another service advisor but she has yet to contact me on the progress... and today is the 7th of December and nothing seems to happen. Every time i get hold of someone they say theu can get hold of the insurance company. Even though i got hold of them the very 1st try.
I have submitted a claim 2 weeks ago. No has yet called me to as to when and where imust take my car for repairs or assesment.
My 2 year old son was admitted on mondey for respatory problems. I want to help my wife out becouse she has been with him all night. She needs a break and they are witholding me from seeingmy son and let my wife go home to take a shower and a new set of clothes. I tried to call the clinton hispital manager but he seem to refuse to awnser my phone call.
