Vodacom upgraded my contract without my knowledge. They kept calling my 13 year old and they processed it without my consent as the account holder. Please cancel this upgrade as it was not the package i wanted to cancel. I will not be paying for the new contract done on *****ulent ways. I have not even received no communication regarding a upgrade that was processed.
Mr Price Gateway will not change my wireless earphones I bought on Sunday. I bought them at the Mr Price workshop. They are saying I need to return them to the workshop. I am unable to go to the workshop as I work in Umhlanga. When we return clothes they take them but not earphones. I was assisted by Lungile Mkhize and her manager Mthunzi. Terrible service 😡
Hi. I placed an order for 5G WiFi on the 29th. And it still says queued for delivery. My airtime has ran out trying to get ahold of the call centre. It's day 7 now and still no update.
I am disgusted at the Westville public pool. They do not allow you to go out to your car once in..they made us pay 3 times just to exit and return. I have never heard of this rule in my life. Disappointed
I am so disappointed at shoprite Newlands East I won a voucher checkers app for a shopping bag I asked for help from the workers and they had no clue what I was talking about. And it was not the first time I used the voucher. They were rude and was paying attention to customer. Very disappointing
I purchased two Cell c what'sapp datas for R30 at PEP stores at the workshop. The vouchers are not loading. When I call cell c customer support they advised that there is a technical issue with Cell vouchers and the stores are aware of the issue. How can they continue to sell vouchers to customers without advising them that there is an issue. I just wasted R60 on vouchers that I cannot return due to the fact that I live far. I'm very disappointed in PEP services.
I would like to thank Irepair in Pavillion for fixing my phone before the estimated time. They have the best service. There was a gentleman that assisted me on Friday 10 Jan, I didn’t get he’s name. But Thank you Sir.
RAM has the worst service ever, i have ordered something from MR Price and unfortunately they use RAM.They came to my workplace to deliver my package,with no warning whatsoever the day before or in the morning. They call me and they could not get a hold of me. When i call the call centre they advise that they will try and get a hold of the delivery guys.Till today nothing.I call them almost every hour with no assistance. I am fed up and tired. Mind you i work like 5 minutes away from RAM, in Durban i am at Riverhorse valley.
Game has the worst after sales service. I buy a fridge only to get home and realize the fridge is not working. I get to game to complain they tell me to bring it back and they will give me a new one. When I get to game and bring the fridge back with my own transport and own expenses for something that is not my fault. They then refuse to take the fridge down from the van and expect me to take it down and into the dispatch area when there is plenty of men that work there that could help which they refused and just stood there laughing. If I didn’t need this fridge I would of just left it and took my money back. My food is getting rotten so I needed this damn fridge. I am so angry with games poor service and the sales man who sold me the fridge that works there. Who is utterly rude ???????????????????????? Never again am I buying anything from Game.
