iRepair Pavilion Durban - very poor service and rude treatment.
Replaced an iPhone screen which then did not function properly and cracked (probably wasn't sated correctly) - it was not dropped. Owner/manager was not interested in assisting even though there was a record of taking it back within the first week and again later. Each time we were made out to be the culprits etc. Enough said - will definitely think twice before using them.

Replaced an iPhone screen which then did not function properly and cracked (probably wasn't sated correctly) - it was not dropped. Owner/manager was not interested in assisting even though there was a record of taking it back within the first week and again later. Each time we were made out to be the culprits etc. Enough said - will definitely think twice before using them.

Shocking service. Never again!
This is absolutely crazy. I dropped my phone there a couple of months ago. I then when to pick it up and they couldn’t find my phone. I came back the following weekend only to find out the phone wouldn’t switch on. A couple of minutes later the phone turned on. I then got promised my phone would be couriered to me on Monday. Today is Thursday!! I got a hold of them after several attempts. My phone had to be couriered to me because of the lack of service. This is unbelievably bad service!! I am never sending any device there.

Shocking service. Never again!

IRepair Pavilion
IRepair Pavilion has got to be the worst at customer service. They replaced my MacBook’s motherboard for R5500. I collected the laptop and it’s still not working. No response to their emails, telephone not going through. If need be, find an alternative

We came in on Sunday to repair a phone, the way she was kind and friendly towards us and other clients was amazing. She was professional, fast and very knowledgeable about her work. iRepiar Pavallion: They replaced my screen for iPhone 7 in May 2019, 3 months later their screen is cracking inside. Their technician said it is because of the pressure and I must pay again for them to replace the screen again. He couldn't tell me the cause of the pressure.

Complete lack of customer service
The service at Irepair in The Pavilion Westville is absolutely shocking. The people working at the desk display terrible customer service. You can stand there for 5 minutes while they are on the phone or talking to someone, without so much as an acknowledgement that you are standing there. The one lady that works there has such a rude phone manner and displayed no desire to help, shrugging off any queries we had. To add insult to injury, when asking for a damage report on a phone that only need the front screen fixed, we were quoted R3000 for a replacement back cover that wasn’t even scratched. (Iphone 8) There is no effort to provide good customer service. Needless to say I will never use their services and will recommend everyone that asks me to do the same.
