Postnet Kolonade
I visited PostNet at Kolonnade Mall yesterday to ship an item, but unfortunately I was missing a reference number on my side. Even though I couldn’t complete the shipment at the time, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He even kindly lent me his phone so I could contact the person I was sending the parcel to. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I would like to commend him for his excellent attitude and outstanding service. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.

Disappointed tax payer
I’m not satisfied with the service that I got at Ipeleng traffic department at Mabopane. My son booked online for learners license. He was supposed to write it on the 8th of October at 11 am. I did company him on that day and by 10 am we were at traffic department waiting area with other people who came to write. Around 10:50 one of the employees came from the testing class and call out names for people who came to write, and my son’s name wasn’t called. When this calling of names happens, I was outside waiting for him because they refused for me to stay inside due to covid 19 rules and I did understand. He called me and told me what happened, he said that they claimed that some of the computers are not working and the other guy said he was late. Mind you, we were there 1 hour earlier. I spoke to the guy who was calling names and I asked him, why my son was not called, he said he was not there and end up telling me about the computer story. He said we must go and talk to the supervisor cos he cannot help us. Even the supervisor didn’t help us and don’t know why exactly didn’t he write & I saw the list , my son was number 3 on the list but he wasn’t his name wasn’t called. They claimed that they will call us to reschedule, we are still waiting. It’s so frustrating cos it’s not easy to get a date and when you get one still you don’t write. I took a day off at work to support my son, driving all the way from Fourways to Mabopane for nothing. I believe that the names that they called was from people from driving schools cos there’s money for bribes already, if you do your application online by the rules you won’t win. It’s very disappointing.
