We've been paying R340 for water but the bill this month is R800. I've been trying to contact the office as to what the bill pertains but there's been no response.
I cancelled my insurance on the 30 April but they're still deducted
I purchased a phone and diapers on the 27th November 2025. They only delivered the phone and asked me to collect the diapers on the 2nd December 2025 from the Menlyn store as delivering the items separately would cost them money. I was already on my way to an event in EC. I've been waiting for my refund since beginning of December 2025. It still hasn't been processed even today.
I cancelled rain on the 25th of May, owing them nothing. They said they would only process the cancellation after receiving the router; returned the router to the Queenswood Rain store the next day 26th May 2925. They still haven't processed the cancellation even today and keep adding money for usage. I've been following up without any assistance.
I ordered on the woolies dash for my son's birthday party items as I had surgery the previous week and wouldn't be able to get to the shops. Order was packed, being delivered suddenly order has cancelled. I sent woolies dash an email they said the refund would be processed within 3-5days it's been more than working 7days.
I bought items at Makro online on the 28 July 2023, only to find out 1 item that I had ordered was out of stock. It's been over a month waiting for my refund. Do not buy online at Makro.
There's no customer service, I need to speak to a consultant about my contract. All they keep doing is referring me to WhatsApp and that option is not available. I need them to sort out this contract
I ordered rain 5g on the 25012022 received it on the 27th. The network was buffering and would switch off the WiFi on its own. I sent a network request they only decided to reply on the 31st January when I had already cancelled ref number 11880028. Today's the 3rd of February, they still haven't called about collection of their device. Please come a d pick up your device and give me my money back!!!
We have been waiting for the bus 800 since 18:00, the bus has been held by the traffic department due to faulty breaks. The bus sent an sms only 10mins ago (8pm) to notify us of the operational delay. The bus we are waiting for will arrive at 2am to transport us to Pretoria. We asked for a refund as this is their own fault and they told us we'd get the refund between 14 - 21 days. I need my money to take other transport means. They don't even update us.
I stopped using the simcard since end of July but they still keep billing me. I tried to cancel the simcard but they don't cancel so now apparently I owe them for 2 months of no usage. We were usage plan but now, they just charge for no usage.
