worst company ever. I have been requesting paid up letter for over 2 months now but they keep taking me pillar to post. They said 21 days but that has passed long time ago and no1 is willing to assist.
Vodacom is a ****. I am very disappointed with the service I received from them. I paid my contract, sent them proof of payment and cancellation form. Now I am being told that my account is handed over and there's nothing that they can do to help , I must talk with the lawyers. Vodacom is ****, I will never ever do my business with them ever again

I called today to cancel my cartraker, i was told that the contract is for 36 months and i need to pay R1000, if i need to cancel immediately.. I was never told all this info when i joined, what they are doing is misselling, they don't disclose all the info, cant wait for that 36 months of there's so that i can cancel..
