I-Switch is the worst to deal with, I am being taken advantage of unfairly Harold was there claiming to assist me and a week later still nothing. I-Switch has currently taken over in my complex. And in the transition, we were told we would get reimbursed the units showing in our old meters which I was in a very positive balance it could leave me 2months without buying any electricity. And yes, I did get reimbursed when the transition kicked off which I was happy about. A month in they seemed to be a problem with their installation and there was water damage. Which caused them to switch meters for our block in the transition I was not told or notified I just got a new meter and my old units were not accounted for as I was querying this, I was told they had already reimbursed me my old units, which is not true. The old meter just got changed without my knowledge and then they get to tell me that all my units got used up? when and how I don’t know, its not even justified and they just ****** me and they don’t care. No one is getting back to me, no one is helping me. Their consumption is even ridiculous I was not using more than 8 units in a day with my old meter right now it looks like I’m using 12 units and above daily. I’m constantly at work no one is home I leave early come back late I have gas stove, gas heater but with all this in place I-switch seems to be consuming far more than I use! I-SWITCH I WANT MY UNITS BACK!!!

At this point I'm very disappointed about the service I've received at Ford South Africa " Parts". My vehicle has been sitting at Boksburg Consolidated Auto for 6weeks and counting. I'm still waiting for the clutch master cylinder and always being given weekly a new estimated time frame when the part will arrive. I have been loyal to this brand and have made sure to continually service my car at their dealership. Yes I drive an older model car but I pay for whatever quoted service is required on the car to ensure it stays in good condition. How long should one wait for a part? Was it ever ordered to begin with ?? I'm very frustrated and without transport right now. Ford has just been dragging me along and not actioning anything to ensure I get my car back.
They were very quick to respond telephonically and including the towing services requested for. Joshua was very friendly to deal with over the phone
I'm highly disappointed at MSTI...I have received zero assistance since I called them regularly from 2weeks ago. I was due for my no claim bonus as it is 3 years with them this month since I took up the insurance. I was first told it will be a yearly pay out. Then I was told it will be after 3 years. I waited this long to be told I don't qualify for one and its not part of my package. They were explaining safety scores and how you log this in their App. If my memory serves me correct all this was not implemented and mentioned to me 3years ago. I have requested my recording of the day I took up the insurance.. I still have not received any feedback from them. I was told by their consultant Eugene it would take 72hours to retrieve it and still got nothing. I called a week after then I was told I needed to fill in documents to request for it and they will respond in 24hours, which now I have and sent it. Still no reply! There is no honesty in this insurance none at all !! Why cant they just give my recording as proof that this is not owed to me, why is it so hard for them to do so? I'm very frustrated and ready to part ways with them!!
