I have 2 cell contracts with Telkom Mobile a 061 # and 082 #. The 061 # was dew for upgrade 2021/01/21 I was called for the 082 # and confirmed that I want it to be upgraded BUT NOT the 061 # GUESS what happened !!! THE WRONG cell # was upgraded !!! SO I called lots of numbers and MANY times, was told it is sorted, BUT STILL Telkom phoned me to upgrade my 082 # I was worried and checked on my mobile app and called again and again but nothing was done I was then told to go to the Telkom Mobile shop, they could not do anything as sale have to listen to the recording, they then logged a call for me 56638395 3 days later call was resolved with NO detail, I then called (**#^*@&#% lots of numbers and a lady called Ngkuga or Ngkkulunga tried to help as she could nto see any detail on the case number BUT STILL the 061 # was upgraded and NOT 082 # She promised she will CC me in the email she will send to accounts and sort out the issue, I NEVER got the email and till today NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. My account will be deducted on 1 March for service I DID NOT OORDER ! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT !!! 061 # should go on MONTH TO MONTH 082 # you can call me

Paid my car off over 6 years with there debut order and still was asked proof of payment documents, then had to wait for the papers 5 weeks. they say 7 - 10 working days, Anyway let see if it get delivered on Thursday 27 Aug
ABSA SUCKS, was waiting 34 min to get an answer then when I got through then was told my profile was not pulled from the original call. I'M MOVING TO OTHER BANK. Its not 45 min holding on my cell phone
