This is a **** they taking peoples money for years and never give you feedback on your financial status.

Poor quality products

I will advise people to never buy from Le Morgan very poor customer service and lowest quality product they selling. None stick stuff burn the pot in the middle. The black on the inside of the pot comes off within the 1st week. The handles don’t last and they refuse to fix or replace them. I’m sure pots from the cheapest Supermarket are better quality than Le Morgan

Poor Customer service and misleading customers

Bad customer service. How can they not fix one of their products if the account holder passed away now you sitting with a broken item and they refuse to fix does it make sense

Poor disgusting services from Alexander Forbes

My sister passed away on the 27/06/2025 worked for Netcare for 18 years and still no payment of any communication from Alexander Forbes on how far they are with the claim. Very poor services from them sending people from pillar to post when doing enquiries about your own money that needs to be paid to you. I was supposed to receive payment on the 17 October spoke to a lady Nkuleleko Zuma on the 17 September called me from ***. I called her last week on the 17/10/2025 reassured me that she will call me back in 5 min I’m still waiting for her call. I’m calling her everyday ignoring my calls. I’ve called Alex Forbes call centres spoke to different consultants with no luck they don’t know what I’m talking about they not the right department to talk to give me email addresses that’s not working that comes back to me. They not doing me a favour to pay me out for my sisters hard earned money her money was deducted every month on a regular basis and now we are unable to get her money.

Chased away cause I didn’t have money to pay outstanding money

I’m supposed to be admitted by Ahmed Kathrada Private hospital in severe pain and discomfort. I got to reception to open my admission file. The receptionist told me I’m owing them R1002 that the medical aid didn’t pay. I told them I don’t have the cash at the time she called the financial manager Johan and he told her not to admit me until I get the money to pay. This so so sad that sick people get chased away because of outstanding payments that the medical aid didn’t cover. I had to leave the hospital cause I didn’t have the money to pay in pain and without treatment.

This above mentioned people are calling you when you get declined for a loan cause you under debt review. They call you from know where you don't know their full details. They ask you which bank you banking with then they send you a sms with your banking details then you must reply yes or no for a debit order. I never replied to them.but they taking money over R600 a month for nothing cause they not doing anything for me. They are stealing poor peoples money every month and they so clever you can't even reverse the Debit order cause they put a block on it. I want money back from this people I'm not going to leave them like this. They are crooks

Telkom Network are crooks

I just want to make the people aware of what crooks Telkom network is. They advertise that when you buy data you can get the same data you bought free that you can use at night. They don't explain to the customers how the night data work until you call in. I called in several times and then they explain the steps of how to get to use your night data. I always go to the icon that looks like a sim card and follow the steps how they told me. Then I always check my data balance before I go onbto internet and do what I want to do. Only to find out the suppose to be night data balance stays the same and then they take your normal daily data. They steal your data so badly is actually shocking how can you use 5 gig data in less then a month. I will never advise people to use Telkom network they are the worse crooks you can find. Then they will tell you your roaming is on which is not. I would like to know where all my data is going and want feedback from Management.

Fair Price Furniture poor quality furniture

I wrote a previous preview about Fair Price poor quality furniture they selling. Up until today I never got feedback from them or their management. Very disgusting service they giving to the customers. I won't advise people to buy from them. They quality is poor and they don't give customers the service they deserve.
