Vodacom has added 200.00 to my debit order which won't be paid because no authorisation was given by myself. Now this has reflected on my credit report as a late payment. When I contacted Vodacom they said that they will not remove the late payment penalty no matter how much I try explain the problem started with them and not my fault
I just want to say that Vox ethical issues have now reached a limit. I have been with Vox for over 5 years and the customer service has now reached an all-time low. I always pay my account before the 7th of every month but today, being the 2nd of April they suspended my service due to the Easter weekend and my usual payment date would fall over the weekend. I find this disgusting service and will be advising everyone I have referred to Vox to find an alternative service provider as I will be doing. Furthermore I feel very sorry for the people having to deal with issues caused by *********** upper management. 😬
I bought a soundbar from HiFiCorp Springfield, Durban about a year ago and have been trying to get a copy of the invoice ever since. I have called but no answer ever. I emailed and get asked for an order number, obviously I don't have an order number as I bought it in the store. I strongly suggest people don't deal with this company as they don't care about anyone.
Backabuddy campaign app is okay but a bit confusing. Not enough personal support on creating a great campaign. Verification process delays due to no sharing of status until I called the helpline. Payout delayed for some reason, this should be a lot quicker.
Customer Services is despicable. There is no personal interaction with management, just WhatsApp line or a call center. Management never acts on a problem or issue 😒 🙄 CAN'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE TO CALL A CUSTOMER
After years of being with Fedhealth, we have decided to change medical aid as the service from Fedhealth is pathetic to say the least. I cancelled the membership on 4th may due to the public holidays but to date they have refused to accept the cancellation. I requested a number of times during this month for them to cancel as of the 1st May but due to their total incompetence this has still not happened. Absolutely shocking and pathetic service 😤
I just found out that my medical aid with Fedhealth has been terminated? I did not request this and calling the help desk is of no use. Their agents are useless to say the least. I then called the sales line and was told to ask to speak to a team leader. I was put on hold for over half an hour and never put thought. How can these companies be allowed to still be in business with such a terrible customer service philosophy. This is pure *******, they take your money but the service is non existent. Shocking F#%&£#@ service 🙄
I logged a call for a technician to come out to repair my Samsung Tv at 08:20 in the morning. After being told that they would send someone? I have been told that the technician is at work but they don't have a vehicle for him to come out. I offered to pay for an Uber but was told it's not necessary. It's nearly 15:00 now and still no technician. Disgusting service from both Samsung and TM electronics
I have a 55 inch tv that's not even 6 months old and the backlight is gone. Trying to get a service provider to come fix the issue has been less than satisfactory. The call center is useless at samsung and the service provider even worse (TM Electronics in Durban) The service in South Africa is disgusting to say the least.
I have been overcharged for my connection and I have tried to get hold of Vox Telecom since 24th June to sort this out. I have tried calling the accounts department and sent numerous emails but nobody has the decency to reply.
