I am writing this review to highlight a massive discrepancy in service at SACAP. On the one hand, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shandre Barends. After applying on 16 January and following up on the 23rd, Shandre was a total breath of fresh air. He is a consummate professional—knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely helpful. Even when my daughter found a space at another university and I had to request a refund on 28 January, Shandre handled the transition with grace. He immediately sent the refund forms, which I completed and returned. However, once the process moved to the Students’ Accounts Department, the experience turned into a nightmare. Since Monday, 23 February, I have been trying to reach anyone in Accounts. Every single call results in the same excuses: they are "in a meeting," "unavailable," or "have finished for the day." For five consecutive days, I have been unable to get a simple answer to three basic questions: Has my refund request been received? Has it been approved? What is the expected date of payment? It is deeply disappointing that the hard work and stellar reputation built by staff like Shandre Barends is being undermined by an administrative department that appears to have no interest in client communication. I held SACAP in the highest regard and was excited to refer others, but this past week of being ignored has completely soured that sentiment. SACAP Management: Please look into the lack of responsiveness in your Accounts Department. I am simply looking for a status update on my refund.

I applied for a loan on the Bayport Financial Services and the website allowed me to submit an application. Nowhere in their website was i advised that the financial company has a list of companies that they have an agreement with. My company is a reputable government entity but it is not in their list so i could not qualify for the loan that i had got a quote for. I understand Bayport's decisiion to work with certain companies only. My request is that since there is no disclaimer or any information on the website to advise that my company is not in their list, can they please take my enquiry out of the ITC listing as that impacts on my credit score. I cannot have my credit score impacted for my company not being qualified to apply for a loan. that is unfair.
I went to PG Glass to have my one cars inspected and the only thing required from me was the policy number, everything else was processed without any other information required from me. I sent my son to have the other car inspected on 8 June 2022 and he received the worst service from Wiseman from PG Glass. He was treated like a 2nd class citizen. My son called me to request for information as he was given a form to fill in, i told him to give the consultant my policy number, but that did not help. I called my son on his cellphone and asked to speak to the consultant so that i can give him the information he required, but Wiseman was rude and he refused to speak to me. I am very shocked by Wiseman's actions as my son left the establishment without any assistance from them.
I have tried several times to get information so that i can close my account with vericred but i am not getting any help. The statement of account shows that some of the amounts I paid in do not reflect. I sent proof of payments to Pulane on the 2nd of November, but i am getting no response. I am incurring a lot of interest and i want to close this account and be out of your hair. Please help.
Excellent response and turnaround time. Everything executed professionally including the service provider , Decent Auto that was assigned to us.
