Non delivery
It's been 6 days since I placed my order but haven't received it. I have emailed 3 times and tried to phone but the number keeps on ringing. It seems if you don't live next to the shop stay away from their delivery service.

Don't claim!
After my fridge stop working a friend (qualified) electrician came to have a look and advice me to start a claim since it was caused by the continuous load shedding. One of their technicians came to have a look and said it was the compressor and he will advice that the fridge needs replacing. Next I received a call to say the claim has been denied since it was wear and tear. I paid another company to come out and their report also stated it is the compressor and their recommendation is that the insurance need to replace the fridge. So it seems King Price are willing to commit a crime just to get out of a claim.

Avoid at all cost
Paid them for a report for an insurance claim. Came for the payment but promised to came back to check the fridge it never happened. Phoned them to be told the case is closed but will phone me back to tell me what happened, never happened. Quick to take the money but then nothing no report no nothing. Avoid them at all cost.

Bank costs
Went to Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay to get statements and was told it will cost R65 per statement and I needed a years worth so R780! But when I finished the consultant next to mine told a lady she can get a years worth for R7.50 by using their computer in the bank. Someone's incompetency or lack of training cost me R772.50.

cancelation
Tried to cancel my membership today. There is no email address you can send a cancelation letter to. Tried to phone was told they need to transfer me to another department but was put through to the options menu again. Pity you cant give no stars
