Can we please bring back peace in this flat not a day goes by without Loud music coming from roof top, Maybe the people in charge of the Emerald must try staying at 6th and 7th floor and experience what grown up adults are experiencing, this flat is becoming a groove place and it's seen as normal. It's exam time right now, some people work from home, all that is never taken into account. Even on a weekend when you try to rest it's so impossible because of the tavern that's at roof top the entire day. I mean people can have fun, but people should not forget that we are not all at the party and must be considerate. Weekend music plays from morning to midnight. The speakers are so loud. Can we please bring back dignity in this flat which used to be so peaceful.
I am extremely disappointed in Marvellous Chauke and his team. What more disappointing is that my case will be held by the same *********** manager and his team who are absolutely clueless. For the past 2 months I've been complaining about unauthorised Journal Debits from my Account. Marvellous and his *********** team accused me of not paying my credit card, no matter the countless times I told them that I always make sure the minimum is transferred. With a credit card as long as you transferred what was required I've paid. They stated it's why I keep getting a Journal Debit. I then asked why that Journal Debit of R500 does not reflect on my credit card. They told me it's because I missed my payments. Not only did I take the consultant though the transactions I've made monthly on my credit card which show month more than the minimum required is transferred always. He insisted that it's because my Credit card payment was behind which I've highlighted since having This credit I've always transferred the money from my savings to credit card and have never had issues and all of a sudden it's because I don't have a debit order arrangement. So let me teach Marvellous and his team their Job What you failed to inform me is that there is a cheque account under my name which I don't use, where the Journal Debit money was debited from my savings account to this unknown check account which you *********** people kept stating that it's coz my credit card is behind, a credit card I've used for almost half a decade. I don't recall ever opening such an account and I want it closed immediately. I don't want to be getting calls from Marvellous Chauke's Consultants as there are clueless, Please close that cheque account immediately. What ever permission is needed I approve it. I don't want to be called you can email me. I am highly disappointed in ABSA rather the persons who dealt with my case for the past 2 months. I've now even went as far as switching my salary and debit orders to a new bank all because of Marvellous Chauke and his team. That simple failed to inform me that the reason why I get Journal debits is because of a cheque account under my name which I don't use and have no idea about its existence. But was simple told that it's because nywe nywe nywe my credit card is because, ****en disappointing especially Marvellous whose held that position for as long as I've been an ABSA clients.
Hi I want to understand why Absa debited me R500. I want that money reversed onto my account as I have never authorized you guys to debit me anything related to a journal debit on my account
I am extremely disappointed with how my rental request arrangement is being dealt with. I paid half of my rent and just asked for until the 12th to pay the full amount. I sent an email on the 4th related to the arrangement and I was only rep**** on the 9th on the very last day. Now it could be you guys had too many emails or whatever the case might have been. But I was responded on the very last day as I was waiting to know how much admin fee I was supposed to pay as I was not going to just make the admin payment without knowing the cost. Seeing how much I struggled to enter today the building Its clear that I can't go out and in, I have no internet connection, It feels like I am some tenant who just does not pay their rent. I understand I just a tenant and nothing more, But being a tenant for over 3 years, 95% of that period my rent has always been paid. I just asked until the 12th, I needed son had a medical condition which put me off financially, my fingerprint is blocked, my ithemba app is blocked, the WiFi is blocked. I have sent the POP of the admin fee , how soon can my fingerprint be unblocked atleast ?
Where do I even start one of the worst ever service recieved from Makro ordered grocery asked very nicely for the delivery to be at 5pm. They said on their what's and I quote "Good Morning, WE do not have control over specific times for drivers to deliver due to traffic and amount of orders they receive for the day, once you receive a sms with the drivers details, you can inform him about times you available. Thank you" just after 2 minutes they texted me me back stating " Hi - just to confirm we’ve managed to arrange the re-delivery for you. Thanks for choosing Makro!" To my suprise in the morning the delivery guy said he was outside. I called the delivery guy and he said he will have to then deliver the following day and he will let them know to deliver at 5pm or after (I got confirmation from Makro's WhatsApp and from the Makro driver Nkululeko, I don't care if it's outsourced I see it as one) here comes a driver again today saying he was outside, I then told him I arranged for 5 he said he was not told , I then asked for him to leave it by the security guard he refused, I then suggested he goes and deliver by the closest person I live next to which is like 2 minutes drive from where I stay he refused and said it's not his territory other drivers deliver there not him which it's a very big suprise. I then suggested he delivers it to at Randburg he refused. He asked where do I work I said Centurion he said yes there he can which is amazingly a 1h30 minutes drive compared to where he was said he will there by 2pm and I must send him the address which I did at 2pm he called and he was at original place of delivery when he clearly stated he will deliver rather where I was instead his name is moraswi using this cellphone number 067 878 9946. I questioned his professionalism and how you guys operate he hung up the call and in no time 10minutes I got an email stating that my order was now cancelled and refunded My question then is why does Makro and delivery representatives agree to my request only to delay me getting food inconveniencing me. What's worse these drivers often ask me for a favour to rather deliver my orders after 8pm and when I merely request for the order to be delivery at 5pm it's a problem. This is one of the worst experiences very disappoint for such a reputable company like yours
Good day May you please assist, I sent someone a R50 cash send using their cellphone number on the 9th of November 2024, they are saying they did not receive any sms from Absa, however on the app it show the money was redeemed. Please advise where the money was withdrawn in order for me to identify if there is an issue with my bank profile bank profile or there is a system glitch, I sent this from my credit card , but please also check under my savings card just to make sure
I had bad expirience since joining! I can't even use the app you want to log in with the correct details still it won't allow, so useless! You try to say forgot password set up everything still won't allow so pointless having this app I'm so irritating it means everyday I must go to the branch
Two weeks back I sent a message on your WhatsApp for someone to assist me payment arrangement as I switched jobs and explained to them I want to pay double in the following month due to the fact that I recieved training money for the under the new Job This guy kept insisting or pretending not to hear me that I want to make an arrangement not settle the account He persisted on settling the account and seeing that I was buying to his story he hung up the phone. I texted him back and asked are you hanging up the phone now because I asked for a payment arrangement? His name starts with a W (sounded coloured) called me on 0617186190 please investigate the call history It's unfair that I did reach out only to find an employee that represents you who did not want to assist me Now you guys have added fees on my Wonga account which is R9 100+ when my Account balance was R7 600 rounding off just two weeks back because of missing a payment which I tried to arrange for ? How is this possible that fees can be that high to begin with? This is just day light *******
It is seriously unfair to have the washing line door locked at any given point, it's very clear that this door was put in place to control the everyday parties that go on there by the top roof, in this case what is security and building manager for? We cannot be penalized for drunkards I need to be able to access my washing as an tenant at any given point. There is cameras and they has never been a reported incident from someone *****ing clothes ever since I live in this building instead rather too many reports about noise levels which clearly indicates why the door was put in place. Okay you lock the washing door for tenants! -No times allocated or communicated regarding the locked doors. -No communication why the locked door was put in place. Someone needs to manage this effectively we are tenants not prisoners, we must be able to use basic facilities not lock us to have access for simple washing lines if not communicate times and manage effectively, this is very annoying
Good day I would like to understand why am I still being charged interest on this account? I pay R300 expecting that the money keeps dropping however it is like I am paying like half of it as after paying there seems to be no difference, I was promised that my account won't have interest as long as I don't skip payments which I haven't, in fact I pay very early most times. Infact even a recent sms from nimble asked me to pay R250 no interests what is going on here ? Is it a problem to pay early ? Where are these interests coming from if I was promised no interests?
