Bought a car four weeks ago from the dome and my licence sent to Mbombela not Witbank and I’m driving finance car without valid registration and no help I’m getting from them, all promises every day

NEDBANK POS NOT PAYING US FOR THREE WEEKS WHILE OUR CUSTOMER SWIPED THEIR MONEY ON THEIR MACHINES. This kills small business I don’t have a stock for three weeks

Capitec business untimely credit small business money from Capitec branch atm that went out of order when depositing
Your branch atm went out of service when I was deposit my business money. Remember you said your business bank is for small business ,from Sunday till today my business don’t have stock money because of your own atm worse a branch atm but you still investigating while it did take my money and my business can’t run because R3000 is gone to your atm and didn’t went to my account . Your own atms . Very disappointed I want this be resolved otherwise this means your business banking is not for us small fish

I called on Sunday asking for my customer number, your call agent gave me a wrong one - which your WhatsApp accepted and i paid using the bank online link , later still was off, I called again and found out your agent is a ***** - made me to pay for someone I don’t know , not even my account and not my name probably that’s the **** they used to do for clients to pay for them. I called again still my viewing was disconnected- a guy helped me to reconnect and asked to send email to proof of payment my bank statement - he checked while I’m on the call and assisted. Two days later it was suspended and I call , one tells me I must send proof of payment other than a stamp bank statement and I assure her there’s no way I can generate notification letter on Capitec while I pay using a link online - I’ve been holding until they drop the calls and now they answer and hear it me they drop my calls . Three of them including their supervisor - please investigate this - called since 21:00 now it’s 21:50 and keep buying airtime which I want it to be refunded - that’s why Netflix is the best than this inconvenience

Discount settlement of 80% not honored
Mbd called me to give me 80% discount on my trueworths account, now when I call I am told I must pay a full amount even when I told them that I was retrenched , now I managed to get the 20% to pay off the account but I’m be threaten for summon . This is unfair
