Bought a bed base from dial a bed New Market Alberton on 15th May. i told the salesperson i work till 5 took time off for delivery at 16:00. He agreed. At 17h40 driver called and informed me his on his way from centurion. It's getting dark and had to reschedule After 10+ calls and rude treatment from the call centre they agreed to Saturday 23 may. Driver called at 14:00 saying he have flat tire. then switch his phone off and never showed. Alberton branch gave zero help. Today 25 May beds still not delivered. Staff lie, driver don't show and customer service doesn't care. Don't buy from dial a bed if you value your time and money

Alberton city branch Took car for major service Got the car back very dirty and they gave me a voucher for a carwash When I took the car for the carwash the supervisor told me I'm a *****, and told me I changed the date on the voucher, which I didn't do. Price increases Been with them for almost 7 years. Never had car claim. They gave me the out and about products which a claimed for a few times. Now it impacts my car premie. Going up in this difficult times with almost R400. Will move everything from them When you claim its a problem.
