Bought a kettle in April delivered and on the first day it leaked and I returned it. The second one also leaked to a point where electricity trapped. The collection was successful but no refund even now
Makro keeps making lives difficult for those new please avoid it.i bought a sponono machine with the understanding that I can use it for my kids laundry,the drum is very small the first time i tried using it.i could only load a few items which led to me buying another machine with fair price because the one I had from Makro was just not serving the purpose.logged a return which was accepted quickly in a day it was collected. Then the next day it was a holiday, today I got an email of rejection. I stated in the return that the item was used once but the drum is too small.now I'm being told the machine has been used,I bought it the 17th of March 2026 return on the 31st of March but they are forcing me to keep such ****.second time purchasing from Makro online but already had bad service twice.How am k supposed to keep something that doesn't serve me? Is it a car?? Makro u can do better
One thing I learned 3rd time around is that vodacom is a ****. My bill always has advance irrespective of the positive balance I always keep. This month alone i recharged with 110 but my bill state that I owe advance.please correct this
Bad online return experience. Bought a phone hisense, in September this year. Beginning of December I tried to unlock my phone a few minutes after knocking off as I don't use my phone at work it went blank I assumed it was dead, got home and noticed that it was on but the screen went blank. Logged a return immediately and remembered that I had left my charger and headsets at home, as I'm currently in my holiday home.Tried calling makro immediately to cancel the return it was after hours and had to call the next day. I informed the agent of my situation and she said I will get help irrespective of the accessories being absent. No communication for a week after the phone was collected and when I called I was told it was rejected due to missing accessories, no communication whatsoever. Then the lady who assisted was kind enough to log another courier to fetch the accessories, but until now I have never received any communication
Not happy with the service I received from Jubilee Mall Mr Price. I have an active account with the company but was not allowed to use the card for purchases since we'll I did not present any sort of identification irrespective of me having a full proof that the account belongs to me. Had a copy in my phone and also an active app on my phone. I thought I was being informed only for the cashier to cancel the transaction and not even utter a word forward.
Vodacom please fix my account as I'm in my lowest times. I got upgraded to a sim only contract but since then my life has been a mess. Vodacom has been taking an taking from me. The contract Was 269 but I owe vodacom more than a 1000 rand. Month to month it increases. I got billed for a contract that I paid for. More than I was supposed to pay. Now I get told I owe advance. Paid for the advance via airtime. Please help me guys, I'm dying of depression because I don't have the money. Something that I thought was going to benefit me is killing me
Bad service, my payment method was changed without my permission from debit order to cash. Now I pay a day later because I was assuming the debit order would go off only to be informed that I was disconnected and I am liable to pay for the reconnection fee. As is I'm paying for the useless router and I still have to keep up with the reconnecting fee?
Very slow especially with temu. I wonder why they added fast way. It used to be 10 days maximum now it's more than 20.
Queried about an invoice that I received after closing an to only be told that it was a mistake at the time of closing n I still have to pay another month. Worst company ever. I had 2 contracts with Cellc, both of them were ending in June. Sometime in April I called in to enquire about cancelations and payments. Of which I was told that since I had made an upfront payment they were able to cancel one contract. Came may I was debited only the fee for the remaining contract now I received a statement stating that I should pay a cancelation fee. For what exactly? Since we'll either way it was supposed to be the last month. Please correct my profile n cancel the nonsense contract. If u are a new customer please refrain from joining as you will regret
