They were supposed to deliver my card since March, the first and second time they did call, but the phone ring once and they cut the call, tried calling them back phone not going through, received sms that I must email them to arrange delivery, sent more than 6 emails since March with response, really don't know how to get hold of them to deliver my bank card
I am so sick and tired of these people, i had an account with them and it was paid in April, 13th of April but they keep on calling me , I told them that the account was paid in full, they ask me to forward the POP off which I did, but still I received call demanding payment,the payment is still reflecting on ITC, how do they close month end ? how do they allocate funds that reflect in their bank account, because they asking you to use your ID for ref. but that is not helping, I AM SO ANNOYED AND IRRITATED NOW,
I had a fin choice account that was handed over to creditworx, it was paid up last year October/November but the account is still reflecting on ITC as unpaid when I am calling finchoice they are telling me that I must call creditworx because the account was out of theirs hands and when I phoned creditworx they are telling me about 21 working days since January, this is frustrating because each time I try to open an account or apply for a loan, this is account is reflecting as unpaid, please assist this is ruining my life.
i have paid for study material end of February, since then I haven't received, and when you phone them they will ask for your student number and ask you to hold after few minutes the call get cut off, this is irritating because i was supposed to write in June but I had to postponed for December because of this
