I am not happy with the service I received at Vryburg Clicks Branch Pharmacy. I went to check if my mom's medication was ready for collection and the lady that assisted me was very rude and screamed at me like I am an idiot who cannot read. This was the first time I have received such a horrific experience at Clicks, the way that lady looked down on me it was like I was not even fit to be there in the first place. I am rather very disappointed at how she failed at the Treating customer fairly principle. By screaming at me, everyone already knew why I was there, no confidentiality, and also she failed to show empathy. I am a Manager in a customer orientated company and this is the first of it's kind that I have come across. I am rather hurt than disappointed. I felt humiliated
Juanre Hiepner at Webuycars Rustenburg. The service was excellent from Juanre and Easy, he was very helpful from day 1 and I don't think I would have bought this car if it wasn't for his prompt response and follow up. And I am very happy with my Car
I have never had a problem with any debonairs before. But I am disappointed that it's been 3 days and my complaint and refund has not been addressed. I logged a complaint and no response yet. And I have been trying to get hold of the store with no avail. I tried calling customer care but had to hold so long my airtime finished. Worst experience ever, Mafikeng the Crossing. You accepted my order and never delivered or communicated. And now I am struggling to get a refund
What a bad experience. I applied for a credit card at nedbank and never got any correspondence if my credit card was successfully or not. Now a month later I get a statement with a due balance. I do not even have a card and yet I am expected to pay for something I don't have. Nothing was explained to me and I was never even informed of the outcome or where my card could be delivered. I am not even currently aware that I have a credit card with Nedbank. Is this a fair consumer treatment? And when I contacted them to enquire about this, no one is willing to help or explain except that I need to pay
I made an order on the 2nd and Called in on the 3rd to cancel it and I am now struggling to get my refund. I am being told after 28days that they haven't received the order back which doesn't make sense. This is a violation of my consumer rights and very poor customer service. I am very disappointed
I am very angry and very disappoint. Since I took my phone for repairs at Edgars last year and I have even closed my account. Still I have not received my phone back. You have failed me as a Customer.

You have failed me as a Customer and I might even say that you have stole from me as the last time I went to ask for my phone back I was told it was sent to the wrong Branch and someone received it.
I am very unhappy with the service I received from Game Vryburg. We bought two Game Gift card and when I was at the till paying, they told me that the card declined and we had to use cash to pay. I sent someone else again and they still did not assist or try to find out why the card is declining. I called the Store Manager who promised to assist but I still have not received any resolution.
