Sour fresh cream donuts
Fournos Parktown to say I am dissapointed is an understatement, I don't even have the correct words to describe my my feelings right now. I was very happy to see Fournos around Parktown coz I work there and there are limited Fournos around now so I was very happy to see one around me since me and my family have been their loyal customer since I was a kid. I bought 2 cream donuts after I knocked off to take home and enjoy at the comfort of my home and when I got home, my happiness was short lived as I took a bite of to my cream donut and the cream tasted very sour and bitter, my mom also took a bite of hers since I was sharing with her and hers was also sour. I sadly had to throw away the cream donuts and now I have an upset tummy and I am really not happy. Fournos Parktown please do better because you are a reputable and trusted brand and this is totally unacceptable as if this continues then people will get sick. Very dissapointed indeed.

Vumatel **** ALERT!!!
I'm actually rating Vumatel Home Connect zero because that company is a big ****, I paid my account on the 27th of April and almost a month later, my account has not been activated up to this day. I spent more money calling those people who don't care about their customers and who don't even know what customer service is. I've been sent from pillar to post and told about migrations, being promised call backs by their supervisor Muzi and getting none, when calling back he was now ducking and diving. I've called almost everyday with no help. I even requested a refund because they refusing with a service that I paid and I was told to wait 2 to 6 weeks for my money that they took in seconds HOW RIDICULOUS!!! Vumatel Home Connect is trash and a BIG ****!!! Everytime you call you'll be told about someone escalating and tickets closing themselves. They don't even have the decency to call you and update you on what's happening, their customer service is just none existent and they couldn't be bothered. Don't even think of installing Vumatel in your homes or else you'll spend more money wanting the service you paid for than getting the actual service, you'll get ****med like me by that big company, ****ming a small person like me. Another agent said she won't fight with me can you imagine the Nerve! Don't give that **** of a company your money, just run with your money. Vumatel ****, ****, ****!!! I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!

Diepkloof Post Office very bad customer service 🤮
Diepkloof Post Office is just the worst because they just don't want to help people at all, always having excuses as to why they can help.People who are trying to replace their sassa cards are always being turned away with different excuses everyday,from their "system being down,laptop not working,not having electricity,not loadshedding but they just don't have electricity or the person who replaces cards is not in for the rest of the week so people should go to other post offices"....like seriously???.....those people don't like to work all they wanna do is chat all day while people are stranded and just trying to replace their cards and that's not even at the expense of the Post Office employees.That Post Office should just close down because those people just don't wanna work,it should close down so that they can stay at home and do what they do best which is just sitting around and chatting all day except this time they should not get paid for it.What they doing is just really sad because some people depend on the sassa money but the employees just don't care and they just don't care.That place should just close down because they don't wanna do what they hired to do

Pathetic customer service from food lovers market Diepkloof square
Food lovers market Diepkloof square is just a disgrace to the retail industry,the staff members are also unnecessarily rude more especially this Bongelani guy,I don't know if he's a supervisor or what but he's just plain rude and arrogant.they don't put correct prices and when you alert them they just treat you like a mad person so is this the correct manner to treat paying customers really???.... Yes you've improved your shop hygienicly but unfortunately I can't say the same about the rude staff members,their attitude just stinks and so pathetic.management please do something before you trend again for all the wrong reasons coz people from that store are just plain rude and disrespectful.I'd truly appreciate your corporation in correcting the stinking behavior there.thanx!
