********** SERVICE!! APP DOESNT WORK AND WE’VE BOUGHT 14 TICKETS TO AN UPCOMING SHOW AND NOT 1 TICKET SHOWS ON THE APP! TRIED REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOTHING!!
YET ANOTHER FRAUD ISSUE IN THREE MONTHS!!! My father who is elderly has had TWO FRAUD INSTANCES in the last THREE MONTHS with FNB!!! Today again he had an amount of R2000 taken off his account along with smaller amounts of R100!! How is this possible that it can happen TWICE!!! He is medically disabled and unable to just go to a branch to sort this out! He wastes all of his airtime trying to lodge these complaints with FNB!! As a medically DISABLED PENSIONER he has NO FUNDS coming into his account so every last bit of money he has MATTERS!!!!!! How does one reverse the amounts which are fraudulent ASAP?? And how does FNB who is supposed to be a secure bank allow this to happen?? Please action this ASAP as this is TWICE in THREE months and I am tired of waiting WEEKS for someone to assist and do nothing!!!
STILL waiting for bank card to arrive after 9 days!! Elderly, medically disabled and cannot drive so having a bank card for purchases is IMPERATIVE. Absolutely disgusting that we are going on two weeks to receive a bank card!!!!!!!!
My fiancé and I purchased a cabinet and were then notified thereafter that there was a stock issue. We were then refunded the credit amount and then used the credit to purchase a different cabinet at a lower cost. We still had a credit due to the deficit amount on our Takealot account which I now wanted to use, only to discover it has been refunded into a DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!! Who authorised this??? The “finance department” told me this is a “self service option” (blaming me - the customer!?) which is impossible because I would have known if I had done it!! And why would I select some random bank account to refund my credit in to?? FRAUD!!!! I am currently dealing with a MILLION agents and NO ONE is able to assist me!!!!
Yet again Cell C and CSurance have not resolved my query. I am still being billed for CSurance which was cancelled on the 8th of Nov - there is a voice recoding which PROVES this - and now my account has been suspened because it is showing in arrears which it is NOT. This is affecting my job as I cannot make ANY CALLS. I have been battling with this for TWO WEEKS now and I am jumping from consultant to consultant doing THEIR JOB FOR THEM!! IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THAT THIS CANNOT BE RESOLVED AND I REFUSE TO STILL PAY DEVICE INSURANCE WHICH WAS CANCELLED ON THE 8TH OF NOVEMBER!!
I cancelled my CSurance on the 2nd of November. I received a link from Cell C stating that from that day my device is NO LONGER insured, therefore I should NOT be paying insurance going forward. Now I am still being billed and apparently I have TWO insurance policies out?? If there is a 30 cancellation notice then my device should STILL be covered for 30 days - meaning I have cancelled my insurance but I am still paying for it? PATHETIC SERVICE YET AGAIN FROM THIS MAGNIFICENT PROVIDER. CANCEL MY INSURANCE AND STOP BILLING ME AS MY ACCOUNT IS NOW :"IN ARREARS" FOR INSURANCE I AM NOT PAYING FOR!
I have gone to 3 branches - Greenside, Douglasdale and Benmore Shopping Mall - NONE of these branches had technicians who could do a simple Ombre, and when I show them a photo of nail art put up on their OWN website, I get laughed and told "can't do that". Shocking. And from reading these reviews I see they don't even bother replying. However, I will not stop until they do.
I ordered my daughters grade 5 stationary pack from Bryandale Primary over a week ago and still NO delivery. She has started school and has no stationary/books and I refuse to buy more as I have already PAID for the stationary pack I ordered. NO ONE can seem to help me, I’ve spoken to a girl by the name or Natasha Jacobs who keeps promising delivery but to no avail. Shocking service, really. I am hoping THIS post will at least trigger some effort at resolve.
I have received the worst service from BMW On Call! After numerous phone calls and terrible miscommunication amongst the MANY staff spoken to - my car is still sitting stuck in my driveway because EVERY TIME a tow truck is sent to collect it they DO NOT UNDERSTAND what the problem is. Eventually a technician is sent out 2 days later who grasps the concept, but because I had to Uber to work AGAIN I need to wait AGAIN until the afternoon to let them in. BMW then told me they will arrange a rental (not courtesy) of which I need to pay a deposit for and when I call to arrange it this morning - they cannot find my case number. Then they proceed to tell me they will NOT arrange a rental (after TELLING ME THEY WILL) because it’s “accident damage” - THE CAR IS SITTING HALF REVERSED OUT IN MY DRIVEWAY - IT IS NOT AN ACCIDENT!!!!!! The control arm has COMPLETELY snapped off clean - if that happened on the highway my car would have ROLLED!!!! Imagine my daughter was in the car with me!!!!! I am a single mother, I cannot get to and back from work and I cannot even take my daughter to school!!!! This is a WARRANTY issue and the service has been nothing short of shocking!!!!!! I am disgusted with BMW SA!!!!!
