No support from 1Grid
I have been trying to contact support for the past 2 weeks with no success and no call back. My emails have been down and lost a lot of business due to this. I get emails saying refer to how to steps on the website but my issue is beyond this. Please help2 replies

Waiting for months for a package to be picked up. Every time we call all they can do is escalate. How about they actually send someone to pick up the package.0 replies

Utterly disappointed
Made a booking for Eid lunch at the bringing of the month. Got to the place with my hungry kids and no table available, my name was not on the system but it was written in the book. So disappointing as I had to run around with small kids on EID for FOOD. Will not recommend this place to anyone0 replies

Worst network
Suspended my line for a week now, no payments outstanding. Every time I call they say they have processed the reconnection I have to wait 6 to 24 hours. One week later I’m still calling and they still saying the same thing. No managers to assist0 replies
