I wouldn’t service my car here if I were you. I was charged more than R1000 for labour just to change filters and oil. On top of this, I dropped my car off with a nearly full tank of petrol, and got it back with half a tank. I expect that there would be some petrol usage but this feels extreme. Finally, I also had to get a jumpstart after my service since they seemed to have drained my battery. Severely unhappy, they won’t get my business again

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. At around 2pm, I noticed that the tracking details said that it was a non-delivery, with an email following at 7pm saying that the business contact wasn't available, and that I should correct my delivery address. My delivery address is correct, but I received no call or notification from RAM stating that they were at my house with my delivery, but rather just left and left me with the problem of sorting out a non-delivery that I paid for. No message attempting to schedule a better delivery time or opportunity for another attempt of delivery When attempting to call their customer service center at 8 this morning, when they should be open, I am met with the "high call volume" and music for nearly half an hour. When I called at nine, I received the same message, followed by a horrible dial tone. When I called back, it simply said that the line is congested and hangs up. Do you then have so many complaints that your call center can't keep up?
I laid a fraud claim with FNB, after which they said that they would give me feedback after 5 days max. It has now been more than a week and I have heard nothing. When I do attempt to contact their Cheque and Debit fraud line, to follow up myself, it constantly says that they are experiencing high call volumes, even when I stay on the line for 45 mins plus. Obviously my call isn't important to them as this has been the case for 3 days.
