We bought a 2019 Ford Kuga ST problems 2 Months in the car started with problems I took it to my local Ford up and down now head gasket blown on cylinder 3 trying to get help from them and almost a week no response from them the Manager told me he wil get back to me at this nothing!!!! At this point we are convinced that they knew about the problems and sold us the Car with the problems.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Took my Ford Ranger for a service. Two weeks later it went into limp mode. Called my mechanic as I am also in the Automotive Industry to check out my Ranger. Firstly he told me the engine oil hasn't been changed. I paid extra for a new air filter , wasn't replaced. On collection no old parts have been returned as supposed to. Didn't even bother to clean the engine department or give it a quick wash. Allan Joss is a disgrace for the Ford family.

My new Ford ranger was damaged when they repaired my rear suspention under factory gaurantee. The vehicle is the new shape Ranger. They should have just replaced some parts on the suspention. The damaged the suspention and the they het the suspention with a hammer to try and fix it. The vehicle is now a death wish for me and other road users as the rear of my bakkie leaf springs is damged and there is no stability on the vehicle. I fear for an accident. I am afraid to drive my vehicle. Thay cannot supply me with a replacement vehicle until they decide what to do. I work for myself and I am afraid that my business will close as this is my only income. I have pictures and videos of the damage.

I took my car for Mechanicals on the 25th of July 2023, I paid R1900 they insured that the car is fixed they even wrote on the invoice " REPAIR PUSH BACK PIN IN PCM PLUG AND CLEAN CONNECTORS, TEST DROVE VEHICLE ALL OK IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN THE PCM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED" now the vehicle is repeating the same problem I took it back now they gave a different Quotation not related to PCM and they say they are not sure if this will be fixed. and they also made me pay another R1200 for diagnosing the car that they checked previously. I'm really not happy the way they treat customers, at least they should have explained that I have to pay again for fixing nothing.

I was disappointed after bringing my wife's car for service and check up. We asked the dealer to check the car gearbox and clutch as it was making a funny sound. Allen Joss Mazda said they will have a look and quote. After we received a quote and submitted it to insurance, we got a call back from the insurance stating that they have interviewed the service consultant who said there was no check up done on the car and only a car service was done, which led to the claim to be rejected. This was a complete waste of my time as I thought I would receive professional service;I was misled. My car was quoted as if it was never in the shop,as if I self diagnosed the problem and submitted to insurance. Though that was my last time at Allen Joss Mazda, I'd appeal to your staff to take their jobs seriously and do what they say they will do, not misleading customers

I wouldn’t service my car here if I were you. I was charged more than R1000 for labour just to change filters and oil. On top of this, I dropped my car off with a nearly full tank of petrol, and got it back with half a tank. I expect that there would be some petrol usage but this feels extreme. Finally, I also had to get a jumpstart after my service since they seemed to have drained my battery. Severely unhappy, they won’t get my business again

They LOVE to make money. They quote me almost R12 000 for a cambelt and normal annual service for a fiesta. I immediately thought that doesn't sound right. So I got a quote from another Ford branch, the best, and their quote was just over R7000 for both the service and cambelt. Like HOW ON EARTH can you guys ask SO MUCH. It's like daylight *******. I mean, your competitor supplier just over the street quote R3000 LESS for a cambelt than what you guys quoted me. It is really sad how you guys have NO SHAME. Dis net belaglik.
