I have sent numerous emails to Edgars Customer Care to establish why I am being charged interest. I pay more than the outstanding balance before month end each month. I get passed from pillar to post without getting a definitive answer. The only answer I get is a auto response showing various contact details.
Pathetic Technical service. I have been with MWEB for over 20yrs. I tried calling (26 Mar) for some technical support. I was in the Q for over 6 hours!!! Eventually I just gave up and ended the call. Time to change ISP provider me thinks

I have been an OUTsurance customer for a number of years. I spoke to STEPH MOSALA to check if i could save anything on my premium. She was very helpful and was able to save me R300. Thank you Steph for your awesome service

After previously writing a review on Hellopeter I am no further with my issues with Frogfoot. Its been nearly 4 weeks trying to have my speed issues resolved. My ISP provider (MWEB) have requested various tests from me and I have provided them with screenshots a number of times in order for them to forward to Frogfoot. Its seems its a to and fro between MWEB and Frogfoot. Frogfoot would get a zero rating from me if there was one available. Absolutely pathetic service.
Frogfoot is probably the worst service provider I have come across. I pay for a premium fibre line. I have a speed issue with my line. They close my ticket and then send me a report belonging to someone else. They don't answer emails. I have been dealing with my problem for the last 2 weeks and getting no where. Absolutely disgusting service.
I have been trying to set up a Hotspot using my IPhone. When doing this a popup appears with a number 808 to call. When I try this the number doesn't work. I have sent emails to MTN asking for assistance. No response from them!!! Absolute disgusting service added to which I have been an MTN user for more than 15 years
I have a geyser still under warranty. Geyser stopped making hot water. Reported to Electrolux Western Cape. Technician replaced element. Still no hot water. Had to call in a plumber at my expense only to find thermostat was faulty. Why did service provider not test and replace thermostat? Phoned and sent email reporting my complaint. No response!! Shocking service
