I am extremely disappointed with the negligent handling of my parcel by Courier Guy. The package was clearly mishandled during transit, and as a result, the item inside the box arrived damaged. It is unacceptable that a parcel entrusted to a courier service can be treated with such little care. Customers rely on courier companies to transport goods safely and professionally, but this experience showed a serious lack of responsibility and proper handling procedures. The box itself showed signs of rough treatment, which clearly caused the damage to the contents. I expected far better service and accountability. I would not recommend Courier Guy based on this experience, and I hope they improve their handling standards to prevent other customers from facing the same frustration and financial loss

Pathetic, theybe deducted money from my account, and acknowledged it was n mistake as I do not have an active subscription. I made the R100 activation payment but never purchased a sim to activate the service. I do not get any response regarding the refund. Ismael was assisting me
Im not getting any feedback regarding flight refunds from Edreams. Bookings were made for kulula and flysafair.. Flysafair had deposited my refund into Edreams account. My kulula flight cant be refunded. I cant get hold of anyone as this is an international company. Why do they assist in bookings if they cant help with enquiries. Theres no way of getting any reaction from Edreams
No review to give service is pathetic Ive recharged my account with a top up voucher now its been added as a recurring subsciption without me confirming this as a recurring subscription. Getting hold of an operator is zero, should I do get through to an agent that one is not able to access my account to remove this subscription. The app can be used to top up but unable to cancel anything whom Telkom decided to add. My payments does not reflect on my invoice even though its paid through debit order Ive send an email to [email protected] without any response Telkom is eager to take money but assistance is non existent
Its been 2 months since I logged a complaint regarding airtime being bought but not received. The amount went of my bank account but Cell C cannot give me an explaination or reimbur*****t for the amount taken but no airtime received. My previous case has been closed without resolving the problem. The 3rd or 4th case had been opened for this one case. Still no answers.. No feedback. Ive been divorced for 4 years and even send my divorce decree in order for them to change my surname, even that the cant manage to do on their system I need to go to a Cell C shop. I am really losing my patience and would not recommend Cell C at all.
