I bought a fridge at game 2022 November 26, in 2023 I wake up found my fridge off. Then I went and report it at game , then people from samsung came and repair it, it was still under warranty. After a year again 2025 june it has the same problem , I went to game centurion mall they gave me a reference from Samsung the never came till I went back to game menlyn it's then than they came after making a payment of 750 for them to come. I've paid 2400 for the parts to be replaced which was not even my fault I did not damage the fridge. January 2026 they fix the fridge so now it's March the same problem again my fridge it's off and when I report it today they are telling me to pay 750 again why? At first this fridge from start it was having same problem for period of 2years and half now the fridge it's damage noo. They need to replace the fridge. So it means every 3 years we must purchase a fridge.
On the 20th of July, I went to Mall Of Africa Replay with my mom she wanted to buy a shoe for my brother unfortunately we didn't get the size. While I'm busy shopping around I notice that they are selling shoes for kids so I did a laybuy for my son same day, I told them that I'll take it out on the 26th because it's my pay day. And those two ladies were busy giggling then it started to irritated, I asked them why are you laughing they said we are not used of small money because now your giving us R300. Then I said but the shoes it's on sale and it's R600 so how much do I have to give because I'm putting this shoes for oy 8 working days, they continue giggling. On Wednesday the 26 of July around 10:40 I went back to the shop to take the laybuy out, to my surprise they told me they can't find it, so I waited for some time and started to get irritated. Then one colored guy took my receit and check on the system and it showed him that my laybuy was paid on the 21 a day after my purchase. Then I asked him how possible because I saw the ladies wrapping it. The he said I'll check the footage of the time was taken. He came back few hours said a guy with his son paid for it. Which I didn't understand because it was wrapped and they receit was stapled outside the cover. I told them I won't leave this shop until I get those shoes. So he managed to call Replay in sandton and the said they have the same side they will send it to mall of Africa, then I said I can't drive from centurion to the mall again. So he said I must write an address they will deliver them the next day. Later around 21:30 an uber guy phoned he said he's coming to deliver my parcel. To my surprise they said the laybye was payed off showing that he paid the remaining amount and still I payed it off on the 26 same amount. So how does their system balance.
Good day I'm bs Ndhlovu I have joined a mechanical breakdown policy with 1st for woman. I was informed that they cover for several things including clashplate. Now I drove my car to the dealership because when I drive, it was cutting power when I approach the hill. So I decided to book it at Ford so that they can call my insurance. So they diagnosed the car only to find out its clashplate. When they contacted the insurance they rejected the claim saying that the clash plate it's finished. To my surprise the car it's drivable and gears are not locked. Only when I approach the hill it cuts power which is mechanical or electrical breakdown but still they rejected. When I joined they say we cover for clashplate when it's dead only they never even send a contract or say that when it's finished we don't cover. Still my car it's drivable they can test drive it. I just need answers Thank you
I give birth January 2019 bought a ferrari stroller and within few months the holding bar came out. I went to chelino to show them the damage which it was still under warranty, they took my details and the handle bar they said they will get back to me. After few months a man called they say they have fixed it I must return to the shop to collect it, I did so but when I return home the same day it happens again. So they try to burn the plastic bar and hold it together. My question was it's still on warranty or even if they want me to pay why can't they sell it to me. I keep on going there to inquire if they have managed to get another bar but they always say they will call me. Now it's been 2 two years my son he's 2year 9months still nothing but the still have my handle bar at the shop. 6 months back I went again and the called Aadil I think she's a manager she said tell the customer that we no longer have that ferrari at the scuteria factory so theirs nothing they can do, but to my surprise the was some at the shop which the refuse to give the handle bar. The was the stroller it's made you can't use it without the handle bar. I'm so disappointed because the stroller it's still new and I can't use it.
good day im still waiting for them to contact me. the manager who is incharge of all stores told me that he will deal with the matter himself, he said when the stores open but i tried several times to get hold of him through the shop but with no luck. now im receiving calls from lewis lawyers saying they have blacklisted me because i dont want to pay them., then i told them that the instruction that i got before lockdown is that he will call me to come to the shop to start a new. i told them to send people who deals with checking faults on basesets to come and access my beds but with no luck for them is to put me on itc.
HelloPeter I'm writing to you to find clarity on something, I can write the whole 4 pages but what is frustrating me is they send people from the shop to come and harass me at home and at my working place. Telling them that I don't pay my account I took bed from them, even now when I'm speaking they are at my working place. The thing is I bought 2 double bed from them last year and within 2 months I reported that their bed a making nice and the springs are coming out. They never get back to me after 2months they started demanding money that I must pay, so I told them why can't you attend to my problem first its then that I can come and pay. Still no answer its then 1 of the manager she's a woman called and say WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I BUY A R3000 BED? WHAT DID I EXPECT WILL HAPPEN? I got angry and keep quiet then they send a man again he came to my house and say hes not leaving until I give him money. I locked him outside then he left it was December. So towards monthend a bakkie came with 2 slumber bed they say they came to change the bed and I asked them how because they told me that they will send people to come and inspect it first it's the that they can confirm what I'm saying. So I can able to buy the 1 with higher amount like she have said. So they say we are not leaving until we exchange , that's when I let them in they change it. Immediately within 4 days another man came said hes here to take money and he won't leave until I give him, what I asked him is how are you guys operate, do you know that they just changed the bed without my knowledge, he said no I dont know and I dont care. So I left him at the gate. Then I contacted them and lay a complain which is they always not note it down I told them them those bed the are springs hurting me when I'm sleeping, they said they dont have my time. So I decided to not pay also now we put too many blankets on top of the bed to reduce pain. For them all they want its money. Myself now I need to buy an expensive bed because the manager said to me what was I thinking to buy a cheap one, they should have advice me the day I was purchasing that this 1 you will suffer. So now I'm scared about my safety because they was this man is aggressive when he speaks to me and comes into my home and working place to make noice and inform people that I'm owing them. I need clarity should I open a case of harassment or what should I do
