Bad service! I took my damaged Samsung phone in that's still under warranty, they send it away to the repairs centre (separate entity). Then my warranty was voided due to a small crack on the one camera lens, unknown to me, so the quote was R8000 to repair. The Samsung Ballito Store responsibility was to inform me that with this repair they need to reset and wipe all memory, but I can do a backup for R950. NO! They didn't tell me, I pay the R8000 3 weeks later my phone is back, and guess what, ALL MEMORIES, PHOTOS, WORK DOCS, ALL WIPED. Sorry Sorry Sorry is all they say. When the manager got involved when I threatened to report them, no we will come down to R650, but I have to take the phone to Umhlanga on my dime and 3 days later collect it again, no I have to setup and backup all over to backup phone and then 3 days later going through this nightmare again. Stuff that.

I bought a fridge at game 2022 November 26, in 2023 I wake up found my fridge off. Then I went and report it at game , then people from samsung came and repair it, it was still under warranty. After a year again 2025 june it has the same problem , I went to game centurion mall they gave me a reference from Samsung the never came till I went back to game menlyn it's then than they came after making a payment of 750 for them to come. I've paid 2400 for the parts to be replaced which was not even my fault I did not damage the fridge. January 2026 they fix the fridge so now it's March the same problem again my fridge it's off and when I report it today they are telling me to pay 750 again why? At first this fridge from start it was having same problem for period of 2years and half now the fridge it's damage noo. They need to replace the fridge. So it means every 3 years we must purchase a fridge.

MM ALL ELECTRONICS SAMSUNG STORE Several former employees and customers have raised serious concerns about the management practices at this store. Reports indicate that the store owners frequently shout at workers, create a hostile work environment, and treat staff in an unprofessional and demeaning manner, akin to forced labor conditions. Such behavior has significantly affected staff morale and workplace safety. In addition, there are troubling allegations regarding the head technician, Oliver. Sources claim that he does not have valid work authorization to be employed in South Africa. Furthermore, it has been reported that he was previously dismissed from MTN due to theft involving Mobicel phone covers. These issues raise serious questions about the management and hiring practices at the store.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way both Samsung and Pep Cell have handled my faulty device and the blatant disregard for my consumer rights. After my phone was returned from a so-called “repair,” it still suffers from the same charging defect. I was contacted by a Samsung consultant who assured me that I should take the phone to a service center for an assessment for a possible replacement. Instead of honoring that, I was tossed around from one person to the next like a nuisance. At the service center, I was told they could only “repair it again” or “assess it on Monday” if found defective. Yet, with complete audacity, they turned around and assessed it right in front of me on the spot—contradicting their own excuse. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) which clearly states that if a product is returned with the same defect after repair, the consumer has the right to demand a replacement or refund. Your refusal to acknowledge this law amounts to deliberate exploitation and contempt for your customers.

Yesterday i was doing laundry in my WF8602NHS 6kg Diamond Drum Washing Machine and it hit me. I bought this machine exactly 13years ago, it was in june cause i had just received my bonus and i bought it cash. 13 years later this machine is still as it was many years back, it has never been to repairs or service for that matter. Samsung have outdone themselves on this one, talk about value and more for your money. 13years later, still going strong.
