VODACOM HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS, I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH CELLC
I have a large account with Vodacom and been with them for years. My account has been paid every month without delay. When I originally took my contracts, they tried to sell me the most expensive plans. Now when I tried to apply for another contract, I was informed that I only qualify for cheaper options. This is ********* business practice.

Worse Service Provider EVER!!!!
Vodacom refuse to forward me voice recordings and wish to inconvenience me as they know they are in the wrong and let me pay for accounts I am not liable for.

Stratum the worst Gap Cover by Far!!!
Emailed Stratum on 3 occasions for their banking details to pay my monthly premium and they just ignore my emails....Discovery Gap cover is definitely the way to go; they deliver a much better service!!!!

Stratum taking more money than what's coming to them
Took more money than what they were supposed to. Unable to get hold of them and they never return your phone calls. Should definitely consider Discovery Gap Cover.

WORSE PROVIDER BY FAR!!!! RATHER USE CELL C
I app**** for a contract and Vodacom told me that I don't qualify for the cheaper option, but only for the more expensive option. So, I took the expensive option. Yesterday I got a call from Vodacom telling me that I don't qualify again. I have contracts with Vodacom.... they are trying to sell me an even more expensive contract.... taking about being *********!!!!

TELKOM NEVER STOP DEBITING YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!
Telkom keeps taking money that doesn't belong to them. My contracts ended and I cancelled it, but they still debit my account even thought I made numerous calls to them. Don't take any contracts with Telkom as they never stop debiting your account even after your contracts expire and there is no way to stop them from taking money out of your account.
