Dissatisfaction
One cannot make booking changes on the website, we are informed to call in however calls are not answered. When filling feedback forms no correspondence is being received. Tried getting in touch with them for 5 consecutive days now.

Poor customer support
I am finding no joy in being assisted by Zara, I made a purchase on the 10th of July 2020 and it was indicated to me that I will receive my order by the 22nd of July, I’ve been in contact with their online chat support everyday since the 23rd of July to try find the status of my order but to this day no solid response have been received.

Poor customer service.
Watch republic has poor customer service, we all understand that it’s locked down and business operations are affected however no communication is been made with clients, purchased my watch before lockdown and now 2 months later no communication has been made.

Poor service
I am really frustrated by the level of service I am receiving from Cell C. I have been experiencing network issues with my home router for almost a week number,I've been in contact with their service desk and I have been send from pillar to post. I really regret taking up this contract.

Great support service
I am very happy with the service I have received from Howler support. Send an email as I wash struggling to cash out my event tag, was so amazed by the quick and helping respond from the team, you guys are really doing a great job..

Bad service
I am very unhappy with the service I am received from VW westgate mastercars department/ section,particularly the the sales person Sipho Nhlapo. I traded in my car late November 2018, got a new one first week of Decemeber, on the day I collected a new one my contract was not ready and I was told that it will be sent to me via email the following day for me to signed and keep a copy. Two days later I decided to go to and find out about it, I was told that the finance company MFC has not sent it yet, I had to wait for them to request it so that I can sign it while I am there. Almost two months later I have not received car registration documents/ownership documents, when I call the sales person he keeps on saying that he will get back to me, when I sent him texts he would read them and not respond. The car is still registered in the previous owners name.
