After noticing that the deal I received from mobile talk was not what was explained to me, I spoke to them about the case and cancellation and they said it's possible and free of charge. They further sent a courier company to collect. I don't understand what is it that telkom wants me to pay for
I signed up for a data deal that was misrepresented because it was said its the unlimited data, but it is just 20gb. I would like to support proudly South African business but how when they turn back on their own promises

Bad aftercare I have bought a Nissan qashqai 1.5dci acenta 2014 towards the end of July 2021 from cmh kempster ford Durban South. I believe that the inspection was not properly done on the car before delivery because of the following issues. 1 Aircon blowing hot 2 Radio screen goes dim after a couple minutes 3 Engine management light switches on when driving on low speed 4 Out of wheel alignment and balancing I have bought this to the management's attention and I have been told that I have to take the car to the nearest Nissan and I have done it and they also paid for the Radio. After repairs on the engine management light still comes on and the Aircon still blows hot. It was again diagnosed and quoted. They then decided that the quote was too steep therfore they would take to Durban and fix it there because they are getting better deals. After three weeks the car was back still the aircon blows hot and engine management light switches on. When I try calling them, they keep saying they will call me back. My money have yet been refunded.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product, service, pricing and the communication. The leader makes it easier to deal them, and provides every explanation so that you can make a informed decision. Big up
Customer care line is not more user friendly because it doesn't allow you to speak to the person, there are so many problems one can encounter that are not on self service. I don't know if this is happening to me only or to everyone??
I bought a car from Kempster Ford that I saw on the internet, I was so worried about it, just the condition of the car but Sipho kept on saying that it was a very nice car, at the end l signed the contract and the car was delivered by the next morning at my home, washed and very clean. The next day I had a hassle with it, that is where I saw Sipho's strong points. His after sales care is amazing. My problem was solved in a very short time. Big up Sipho
