Hardware order
The adverts, advice and online ordering of hardware were excellent, unambiguous and problem free. The hardware was packed securely and worked perfectly at startup. The hardware itself, a desktop PC, was advertised and delivered as consisting of latest generation CPU, SSD and DDR memory.

Good service
They cater for small bandwidth users (below 10 Mbps). Their service stays up during even long loadshedding sessions. The customer care service is available most of the day for voice or email contact, the email address responds immediately with s reference number, followed shortly with feedback about the reported issue. They report proactively on network issues that occur or are planned. They operate in the Garden Route area.
