I have been a client of wispernet for 7 years. During those years I have had issues but these were dealt with by polite helpful staff, although frustrating they went overboard to assist. In the last year the service has gone to hell in a hand basket, constant issues, hours on the phone explaining the problems, and little help. It took me more than a month to convince the technicians that there was an issue on their side when I could not access netflix, Microsoft store, booking.com, my banking app on their WiFi but everything worked when using data. I was repeatedly told I was wrong and there is nothing at fault on their side. Eventually someone clicked. To add to this issue the outages have become frequent and for long periods. As soon as the weather is overcast for a day then system goes down. On pointing this out I got spoken to like an idiot by their help desk agent who was rude and arrogant. The service seems to regularly go offline between 10-11 at night and is off until morning. This weekend, we have had outages from 10.30pm to 11.00am following day. Then again from 6 am to 12.30pm the following day. No access to their help desk as it is only manned sporadically on weekends and not after 7pm in the week. For this I pay R1000 a month to them and 3 to 4 hundred rand in data in, due to their failure to provide a stable service. I need to do this as my income is dependant on a secure connection. Shocking service recently and rude staff. I miss the really good guys who used to manage the support desk. Losing them is probably indicative of their shocking service.

<div>Very poor service delivery. Wifi almost never work never signal. You can call them they don't reply. Send emails to ask them to assist with problem but no one comes back to you. I have emails and messages to support my claim. You Can't watch anything. I pay R479 every mouth for a 7meg line and can't watch anything, I canceled my wifi with them and will never recommend anyone to use them. So don't give me the excuses of sorry for the inconvenience, that's the oldest story. And the best part is when you cancel with them you don't get the mouth cancel period. 5 days then they turn it off.</div>

I am absolutely thrilled to be a long-standing customer of Wispernet! Let me tell you, folks, this company is truly something special. You see, I live in a remote area, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And guess who stepped up to the plate to provide internet access to our small, secluded community? That's right, Wispernet! Now, I won't lie to you. There were a few days when we didn't have internet access. But let me tell you, Wispernet didn't leave us hanging. They set up a customer portal that allows us to access our account profiles and log any issues we may have. And let me tell you, that portal is working flawlessly! I am beyond satisfied with the level of service they provide. I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and confidence in Wispernet. This company has shown me time and time again that they are willing to go the extra mile. Their dedication and determination are truly commendable. And let's not forget about their personal interaction with clients. They really take the time to understand our needs and provide fast, efficient solutions. In my opinion, Wispernet is among the leaders of Internet Service providers in the Southern Cape. So, from the bottom of my heart, I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Wispernet! You guys rock! Keep up the amazing work and know that you have a customer for life.

They cater for small bandwidth users (below 10 Mbps). Their service stays up during even long loadshedding sessions. The customer care service is available most of the day for voice or email contact, the email address responds immediately with s reference number, followed shortly with feedback about the reported issue. They report proactively on network issues that occur or are planned. They operate in the Garden Route area.

For Garden Route Internet, absolutely brilliant. Always available if needed, service impeccable and connectivity spot on pretty much all the time. On the odd occasion like 2 or 3 times in more than years when a tower had an outage, connectivity was restored within a few hours, and I always got an email/SMS to inform what was going on. So sad to leave as I've moved to fibre, but if wireless is your only option, they are great!

For Garden Route Internet, absolutely brilliant. Always available if needed, service impeccable and connectivity spot on pretty much all the time. I would recommend wispernet to anyone who wants great service with internet with up time more than 99%. It has been an absolute pleasure to be a client with them and I am sad leaving as their products and service is so great. I am moving to fiber and really do hope that they will have the standards and amazing service that wispernet offers. Amazing company and loyal to their customers

I would recommend wispernet to anyone who wants great service with internet with up time more than 99%. It has been an absolute pleasure to be a client with them and I am sad leaving as their products and service is so great. I am moving to fiber and really do hope that they will have the standards and amazing service that wispernet offers. Amazing company and loyal to their customers
