COMPLAIN REGARDING DR LF BRUINDERS RUDE RECEPTIONIST IN WITBANK The rude and ****** treatment we received at Cosmos Hospital is heart breaking. Our 2year old daughter was due for check up on the 22 May 2026 however the doctor rescheduled for the 26 May 2026. While we were waiting forever for the doctor in her surgery. Our daughter became restless and distressed we gave her water to come her down. A rude white receptionist shouted "Hey Sesi no water is allowed" my daughter became more agitated. We decided to give her a banana instead. Again that rude voice shouted "No eating rather go outside" mind you my 2year daughter has a knee fracture. The doctor was taking for ever, the line was not moving. There is no way that a two year old will be denied eating her own food. And if it's a rule it's definitely a stupid one. You cannot keep people for long and expect them not to even drink water. How are we suppose to take our pills? I regret taking my daughter to that hospital especially to those rude white ******s receptionist. I tell you if it was a white kid she was going to be treated with respect and dignity. The staff attitude at the H&M shop at Highveld Mall witbank is so unfriendly. You regret why you entered the shop. Today I went to buy a t-shirts, there are no people at the welcome zone even on the floor there are no staff to assist. You find your way through out the shop. When you get to the counter the staff are chit-chatting Minding their business instead of calling customers. I'm am really disappointed with such services. At the Mall other shops are always ready to assist customer with the smile.
I was was mis-sold a product. I wanted to take up a life cover for my Mom instead I was given a Funeral Cover without my consent. The policy was later cancelled. I reapplied for the life cover and was assisted by the lady name Jabulile Faba ( FA0804) who never kept her promise by keeping me informed of the out come of my application to date. Jabulile assured me that she will be calling my mom for medical questioning then give me feedback back /or an update. My mom was phoned and she gave all her medical information however we were left hanging as no feedback was given afterwards . I then did a follow up with the company only to find that the application is pending nothing has been done after my mother was called. So disappointed with the company and the overall service making me wonder that just an application get one so frustrating imagine the claiming process. Something seriously needs to be done with this.
