I had an excellent experience at the Soneike branch. I had my eye test done on Friday last week, the team were professional and helpful. For the first time I was told that my previous prescription glasses weren't the correct strength (received from a different optometrist). I went to collect my specs 7 days later and I can honestly say I don't think I've ever had the correct prescription lenses before this. It's been life changing. Thank you so much
I ordered a triple star map for my fiance's birthday and I am blown away by the quality of the artwork. Georgie and Moon worked on my piece and communicated with me through every step, and even gave me some guidance on they layout and what would look more aesthetic. I am over the moon with how it turned out, from the actual art, to the quality of the mounting and frame. I would recommend them to anyone.
The sales and customer support that I received from Neeve was excellent and because of this I will definitely recommend Vox to others. My parcels arrive on time and sometimes even early, the service is always professional and the delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful, even if they only have to drop off a small parcel for me. This really makes my life so much easier. So thank you Takealot, I am a die hard fan, will remain a loyal customer and will definitely recommend this service to my family and friends!
Our entire town has been without Vodacom cell service for almost a week now. Most members of the community also have Vodacom sims in their landlines!!! This is disgusting. Vodacom you are about to lost the business of an ENTIRE TOWN!!! Several members of the community have tried to bring this to your attention and log formal complaints but have gotten nowhere due to the total incompetence of your staff. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE! AN ENTIRE TOWN is without the ability to communicate! Only the fortunate few who have private wifi in our homes are able to send emails and whatsapps. DO SOMETHING OR AS A COMMUNITY WE ARE GOING TO SWITCH NETWORKS! This is not an idle threat, and is something we have discussed. Aurora, 7325
So initially I was angry with takealot as my order didnt arrive when it was supposed to (the Friday). I waited all day and no parcels arrived. I live in quite a remote area, a couple of hours outside the city and with load shedding our cell tower is down so I cant make or receive calls. My order comprised of christmas gifts for my family. I was devastated that Christmas may be ruined this year. So I emailed a query about where my order had got to and a lovely young woman by the name of Kiara responded to me and told me that she would escalate the query and find out what had happened. I dont know what Kiara did or said but at 22:30 on Saturday night the truck arrived!!! I am so ecstatic to have all my parcels including all the items from a second order I had placed that was only due to arrive the following Wednesday! Thank you Takealot! We got off to a bumpy start but in the end you guys corrected your mistake and pulled through for me! I am truly impressed and grateful!
Just thought I'd post something nice. I had a really great experience at this store but i see there is another really negative post about it on this site and that post nearly stopped me from going to get my vape at this store. I bought a vape a couple of weeks ago from one of the guys at this same store and it started leaking. So I took it back, the lady that works there told me what it could be, took it apart, tightened the coil and said I should bring it back if I have any more issues. So I went and did my shopping and went back to the car to check it out, it was still leaking. So I took it back again and without hesitation she replaced my vape for me with a different make of the same price. I am incredibly impressed with the service I recieved at this store. She was so friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful. Then again I was patient, friendly in my dealings with her and had a smile on my face. Sometimes its about how one approaches people. Moral of the story, if you're agro with people you can't always expect to be treated well.
