Woolworths Waverley Plaza - Exceptional staff

I need to compliment the staff of woolworths Waverley, on Wednesday I needed to buy a new shirt for an important meeting, the help me to find the perfect shirt and even steam ironed it for me so that I can look perfect. I walked out of the store with an ironed shirt on. We'll done and thank you guys for the awesome service.

Great, speedy, professional service

We managed to lock ourselves inside the house after I managed to leave the passage safety gate key in the kitchen. We contacted our insurer and within 30 min of calling for assistance, the locksmith arrived and opened the door. Thank you for the great, speedy and professional service!!!

Excellent speedy service - Absa Activate Insurance

I managed to lock 🔐 ourselves in the house by closing the safety gate in the passage. I called absa activate and within an hour a locksmith was at our house and opened the kitchen door and all was sorted. Thank you for the excellent service Absa Activate!!! Didn't expect it to be resolved so quick...from the agent who took our call to the locksmith....absolute great service, thank you

NEDBANK INSURE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Over two weeks to even confirm a pool pump claim, no one seems to know whats happening there. My first debit order was R21000 instead of R1761. This has been a absolute nightmare dealing with Nedbank insurance. I am worried what would happen if I end up in an accident or my house burns down... if this is the way they handle a pool pump claim then I am worried, very worried. Poor sevice, I will be cancelling all my insurance and go back to my previous insurer, this is just ridiculous
