I’d love to command Mandy for the incredible service, I app**** for a credit card on your website and she gave me call back to complete the application. She was amazing and patient throughout, very well spoken and professional. Even though the application declined but I’m very happy with her service. We need more people like her.
Pick ‘n Pay Phillipi Junction Horrible service from Phumza Mzuzwana,firstly she asked me for to punch in my own smart shopper card number on the pos,I’ve never been asked to do that before and I’ve used my phone to produce my smart shopper card. 2ndly there was a guy with a huge trolley which she said she won’t help him he must pass,luckily that guy didn’t hear her. 3rdly she couldn’t confirm why my transaction is declining as I had funds in the account,I then said I’ll do a send cash equivalent to the purchase,she said she don’t have and asked her colleague to help Babalwa,with an amazing service.
Please explain how you close the store at 12:50pm when it states that it closes at 13:00pm?such an inconvenience.
Dr Bullock was amazing,she’s very patient and kind. I’ve been coming to Clinimed Mandalay and I’ve never experienced such an amazing experience from a doctor,she’s defs for keeps. I’m sorry to say but the other doctor that is usually there is very harsh,rude and dismissive, I anticipated that today but only to be welcomed by a beautiful doctor whose pationate about her job. Having to wait for more than 15 minutes to get through to an agent is crazy and absurd. I just want to know when will the debit order and why you haven’t debited yesis
The service is appalling and very disgusting. I went to Clothing Junction in Philliphi Cape town (The junction mall) , Friday morning to purchase some items for my sister and later that same day went back to return some of the items as they were small and didn't fit her, we were told you can't return things bought the same day and was told to come back the following day for a refund. Went there again today only to be told they don't have cash available. Now I need to go there for the 3rd time for the same thing and not knowing what to expect. It's beyond frustrating yesis I left the store very angry.
