Worst worst worst. I applies for a loan on the 30th of June 2021, everything was processed I even accepted the DebiCheck. Because the bank with Nedbank, and I bank with Nedbank too I was supposed to receive the money as soon as they perform an EFT (that's according to them). I waited until the 2nd of July 2021,there was still no money on my account. I was requested a nanko statement which would drastically cost me (not happy about that neither). I had to request statements each day I enquired about the loan as they wanted statements showing transactions until the date that I'm enquiring on (which goes to show that they do not attend to Clients' queries promptly, imagine the charges I encountered). Finally, yesterday (06 June 2021) they emailed me stating that there was an 8ssue on their end and they do apologise, the existing contract has been terminated and there is no loan on my name. I queried about the DebiCheck on my Nedbank Account which I accepted as it was still there even though the contract was terminated, that was at 11am yesterday. Company closes at 3pm. I still have not received any feedback even from Mrs M Du Plooy, the Manager herself. I decided to apply again around about past 11an,after I sent the Manager the email. Everything was signed, there was another DebiCheck sent through, I accepted it (as I am desperate) and everything was in order. Money was supposed to be reflecting on my account at 4pm yesterday, until now there is no money on my account. Problem now is, I have 2 DebiChecks that I have accepted from Finance27 but I didn't receive a single cent from them yet they are going to be deducting around about +-R4300 on my account on the 23rd. Ridiculous.
Good day, I logged this return/exchange on the 1st of July and still have no feedback from you. I need this to be rectified asap as there was no option for me to choose a size when I placed the order. I received size XXL and I'm a size S. I need size S if not available, then I need a refund. Good day, I received prorated invoices but I haven't used their services yet as they'll only be installing the ADSL tomorrow, the 19th of June 2020. Nothing has been installed but according to the invoice I'm being billed as of the 21 of May 2020? Yes, I applied on the 18 of May 2020 and I was advised that I will only be billed as from the date of installation. I have BEEN trying to get hold of them with no luck, even went to complain on their social media - Facebook) platform but still nothing. If they could kindly rectify this before it messes up with my credit score. Please.
I bought the New Born Set on the 18 on October through Takealot. Hardly 2 months the **** were leaking and the brand name and numbers started fading. I then sent them an email on the 6th of Decemberinforming them about this. Same day I received a confirmation email from them. I haven't heard from them ever since. I even sent them another email on the 14th reminding them.
