I purchased Philips Avent bottle for my 4month old baby on the 26th October 2025,it's the 1st time using it and it's already leaking from the bottle neck. I'm so disappointed and I expect a refund.

I purchased an electric breast pump at babiesrus Clearwater in June. On Friday the 24th October it just stopped working. When I switch it on it searches and doesn't give me option to select mode I want to use. I returned to the store with the receipt I was told to wait for the Rep to assess it. The Rep comes once a week. I have been left inconvenienced in the meantime. Rosy (Store Manager) called customer care ,relayed the story and was told I should return the pump to Woodmead. Imagine the inconvenience once again. I am really disappointed at the service from Philips Avent. I send a query to Instagram page and was told my case has been escalated to the service team which will be in contact ASAP. I still have not yet received any assistance.

I bought a pack of baby bottles 2 x 125ml and 2 x 260ml for my baby she is now one month and I have only used the 125ml bottles one teat is torn and leaking and I have found that the teats hold a slug like old milk substance that can not be cleaned no matter what you try I can imagine this to be very unhealthy and dangerous for a baby. I am so disappointed in these bottles as I only used it for one month and already having so many problems and need to replace the teats already.

I was using from my 1st born and the issue I'm having right now is that the 260ml bottles I bought for my now 9 months old have loose lids. Lids keep coming off because they are no longer and I do not understand what the cause might be. I wrote to Philips Avent via Facebook but did not receive any response. I'm really now disappointed because I love the brand but this is risky for my baby to sometimes find his feeding bottle with no lid. Please do something about this issue Philips Avent

Avent classic 0+ and 1+ bottles and nipple shields. Bottles are leaking from the top and the teat area. Nipple shield doesn't stick to breast and pinch the nipple. Not satisfied at all with this product, looking forward hearing from the company and hopeful the will have a solution to the problem.

My baby is 3 months old. I have 3 Phillip Avent bottles. I used the 4oz new born bottle for a month. The other 2 is the 9oz bottle and both the marking are off. I only used that for 2 months. How can the markings come off after 2 months. These are poor quality markings. These markings are relevant and needed for making babies milk using the correct water and formula. I am really disappointed that I wasted my money on 3 Avent bottles.

I bought the New Born Set on the 18 on October through Takealot. Hardly 2 months the **** were leaking and the brand name and numbers started fading. I then sent them an email on the 6th of Decemberinforming them about this. Same day I received a confirmation email from them. I haven't heard from them ever since. I even sent them another email on the 14th reminding them.
