Hi, I have bought a 2020 Datsun go plus cvt, Nissan stopped making this car, promised us they will still have parts, I am waiting going 3 years for parts, the manager Mr kimolin is aware of my case, a simple window mechanism and rubbers, imagine if I need the automatic gearbox, still under warranty, eish, they should refund my money if it's a problem, car is paid off. They keep speaking lies by saying they ordered wrong parts, becareful, even had problem with my front disc pads, was making funny noise, I reported and waited over a year, they lie and told I need to replace them which has over 60% life on them, when I told them I no they lie, they replaced the brake pads at they costs, fitting in Renault front pads, I sent the manager many what'sup messages in this regards, no reply, no joy for parts.
I purchased a defy single door fridge from makro end off 2019 with a 5 year warranty, they delivered the fridge, the door rubbers were not properly installed and was looking very untidy, could see rubbers sticking out, we had told makro and they exchanged it for another same fridge, 2021 November 29th the fridge wasn't cooling, ref #21111555 defy guy came out, replaced termostat, 2 months later 1 of February 2022, I am in a problem again with this fridge we're my food and milk is getting spoilt, the fridge is building ice at night and defrost during the day, water droplets inside fridge, I am not sure what kind off cat and mouse game this is but it is not acceptable, I called in, got another ref 2195992 defy guy will contact me again, in a period off 2 years, is this normal to go through this kind off stress after purchasing a new fridge, I gave defy a chance to fix it first time but not again, I'll like makro to please refund me in full so I can purchase another fridge, am very disappointed as I can't keep on going and calling and repairing a new fridge, it's like buying a new vehicle and it's breaking down in 2 years, am disappointed with defy as well. Please look into this matter soonest as a defy technician will be once again visiting mee to perhaps do a repair.
Pick n pay phoenix plaza robs customers by putting up specials but at the till point being charged a higher price, they are using business tactics to rob elderly who has a problem with eyesight, me personally, each time I visit the store, I must check my till slip and go claim my money I being over charged for, it's sad, this world is unfair, Rob and call profit, the manager yogan is not fit to be a manager as he got caught speaking lies, I told him, I had purchased a box off beefers burgers the week before and it was spoilt, my kids had no lunch at school because we called and told them it's spoilt, I had no receipt or proof that I bought it, I never asked for a refund, he tells me I must go query this with the supplier because it's a new flavor, this got me upset as I walked pass the freezer and 2 mechantisers were removing all these beefers burgers out the fridge, I asked them, they told me the fridges were not working and all the box stuff were spoilt and have to be removed. Please choose educated managers pick n pay phoenix, sad service, the 2 Indians aunties, supvisors at front work very hard, the system of paying is not good, why have a smart shopper card if it can't act as proof off purchase, ☹️☹️☹️
Absa bank has staff who works with fraudsters how else will a fake credit card get approved by a fraudster, the bank fails to take liability or responsibility yet apologized, why apologise if you are not quilty, 'Justice delayed is justice denied'. This has costed me alot of damages and embarrassment, I have been using money out of my pocket to run around and make phone calls for their negligent act, I need to be compensated for this, the manager told me on email she was looking into compensating me but later changed her mind, why, because this will make them quilty, Jesus christ, if Absa bank or the staff is not quilty, who is, the fraudster is the person who allowed the application to get approved with a photo copy off and identity document without proper fingerprint details. If Absa don't fix this soon, I'll try the ombudsman for banking, failing I'll get my own lawyer, I am disappointed with this, I can't get credit anywhere yet this is not my fault.
Absa bank and staff makes promises they don't keep, they speak lies, I was told the fraudulent credit will be closed and all amounts me owing be canceled and cleared at credit bureau, why is my standard bank vehicle financing being denied saying I owe R57. 000 on a Absa credit card. I worked all my life to keep an excellent profile, this is unacceptable and I await a call from Absa in this regard. I'll never bank with Absa, sad service.
My fridge was not cooling or freezing, I called the first guy who told me 10% chance of a gas leak and 90% chance it needs the filter changed and flushed and re gased, I got a second opinion from Allys who convinced me there is noo gas leak and the problem will be fixed for R600 with a guarantee verbal 3 months and receipt 1 month, he says if ever a problem they will come out and repair, after a month, fridge does the same thing, I called inn, guy comes regas and say fridge has a gas leak can't do anything about it must buy new fridge, why take my R600 then, why could he not be honest and say at first, it's wise to buy a new fridge, becarefull with these type off business.
Hi, on Saturday 23th November 2019, I visited tops bottle store at phoenix Starwood durban, I saw a special adverti*****t of a cider for a case lot 24 for R239 for 500ml, I wanted to purchase it, took it to the cashier were I was refused saying it's not on special, the manager of the store was very rude and unhelpful, very embarrassing, no customer service, he gives me a case lot of 24 for a higher price and less quantity 330ml, I paid the full price of R280 because of his attitude, he took the advertised board saying it was a mistake. Soo I guess we customers must beaware of fake advertising hey.
Absa bank is accepting fraudulent applications for Absa credit cards, my identity document has my picture remove, how is this possible, the banks security is weak, I don't bank with Absa, someone used over and estimate of 180k on this card, I have a clear credit record, I hate debits, this is emotionally stressful, the fraudster no my home address and place off work, I am at high risks for my safety, my identity document I had to put a stop at trans union, soo no other accounts can go off throw fraudster, Absa never give me any advise or help in this, only investigating, I had to lose time from my work to run around and make calls, my identity is lost and this is unacceptable, how many more going to suffer throw Absa negligence.
Don't trust Telkom call center agents as they sold me a phone on the 7th of December 2018 and never give me the 100 all network minutes as discussed yet calls are recorded, I lodged a case on the 18th of December 2018 case no ********** 3 the same day couriers handed over phone to me, I then went to the branch in durban gateway to take the very same deal as the call center agent did not want to give me 2 phones, I needed for my wife and me, how can we have to different deals at the same price, I was told to wait 72 working hours, I was unhappy as I was deceived and wanted too give them they phone back as it was not what was promised, the lady in gateway said that they will fix the problem, I never get no joy, I called in in 7th January 2018 got a new case number ********** 9 and on the 11th January 2018, I get a sms saying case is resolved, how is my case resolved when I still never get the 100 any network minutes and I am paying for airtime, I was told I must wait till 1st February 2018.thats when I'll get all the minutes for December and January but still never receive it, I called in today and the manager won't take my call, sad service, disappointed customer.
Hi, I viewed a 2013 avanza A/T automatic transmission on a boksburg online auction 3th of December 2018, the pictures were misleading, had cluster showing Park and another clutch pedal, no clear picture off gears tick being manual under comments nothing showing vehicle has been converted from automatic to manual transmission, only had its a starter, non runner, I called into boksburg branch to confirm the above misleading pictures and the call recordings and emails is my proof, the lady puts me on hold to confirm and later says it's a automatic transmission, that's when I agreed to purchase, vehicle was delivered at 6.30pm on the 10th of December 2018 and told to me by tow truck driver he tried to start it and it failed, he told me it's a manual transmission and I was shocked, I have invoices of A/T transmission, I sent a email at 9pm to Michelle at boksburg and bryan in durban stating the above and I will like a full refund of the amount paid for vehicle and towing costs as it is not my fault, I did receive a call from Bryan who tried to resolve the problem by saying he likes keeping happy customers but says he is waiting for a response from the legal department, why are they taking so long, Smd should have had a agent to come out and view the vehicle to understand, I bought previously and had no problems, I understand the terms and conditions but this is not fair as I put my trust on smd online and telephonically.
