i have been trying to obtain my title deeds from FNB for the last three weeks now already. Either you speak to an *********** advisor who does not know who does what or who can help...I have made over three hours of phone calls ..My lawyer dealing with the sale of the house has also battled without fail to get any help.......NEVER BUT NEVER FIANANCE A HOUSE WITH FNB..THEY ARE USELESS.........
I have been a FNB client for more than 30 years ...I have a personal banker that is supposed to help and sort my problems .....BUT when the personal banker no longer works for FNB but it still states that he does and you phone FNB you get *********** staff who answers the phone and tells you to speak to your personal banker....HELLO.....FOR MORE THEN ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES trying to get some help but no one can .........LEAVE FNB AND GO ELSEWHERE...THERE ARE MANY BANKS THAT WILL TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ..........FNB IS USELESS BEYOND COMPARE ..............
i have been a client of theirs for a couple of years now. i have even referred plenty of my friends to them. when i did my research, they were the company to go with for solar. Or so i thought. this past Monday they sent people to do a inspection.GREAT.....well during this inspection they found my one panel was broken. I was told phone them because it was still early in the morning, they could come replace the panel maybe that same day......I phoned ...the phone rang so long that i asked their people why they don't answer.....they just laughed.... Tuesday i phoned again and i was told that they would handle it and get back to me.......Yesterday (Thursday) afternoon i again phoned and the lady told me that she would put the phone down if i did not speak to her properly. Obviously i was now besides myself......i told her to do what she want but they can come and take their panels and stuff of my roof and shove it ......|Mohammed then phoned me and he explained to me what was what and they had problems etc etc . he also advised me that clearly i was told the wrong things .....and hell was i told the wrong things .............some valid some not in my opinion but that does not matter. Their internal politics and issues should be theirs and not mine .........Now i get a guy that phones me and says he will send me the damaged report and i must submit a insurance claim ........These people do not know what the left hand is doing from the right hand ........clearly their staff is either lazy, *********** or just uninformed but i would not suggest you deal with Gosolr......Nice to start off with and a nightmare when you need help or service.
Why have promotions if you can't fulfil them. Every garage you get to is waiting for the collectible cars. My son is one for detail and he is short of one car. I have three codes, but no one has cars. All they say is we are waiting for BP head office. Well now i am fed-up. I stopped purchasing BP fuel and i have also stopped my companies' vehicles from adding any fuel at any BP.......****** pathetic.
bought tyres there after confirming quote and price. Once tyres were fitted, they did not honour their special and just said the promotion was over. When clearly it was not. After phoning Kayjee the original salesman and the manager they just said what can they do. hats how it is. Never again deal with Malas in my life and suggest you do the same. POOR POOR POOR Service
my vehicle was repaired in October 2024. not much damage..the left rear taillight and bumber with minor repairs. During December the light did not work. I took the vehicle to Suzuki and they stated the light was defective and leaked water. When i contaacted OUtsurance abd informed thatm as such i started dealing with their service provider tha t repaired my vehicle. Since i spoke to them my vehicle has been back twice to the supplier to inspect the light. Now they want me to bring the vehicle back for a third time. When asked why i get no answer. When does this nonsens stop and one get wahtone pays for. OUtsurance is quick to place adds on Television but clearly not a fast to help their paying customers resolve their claims. For which they paid premiums and did everyhting that was asked. The light is still defective and if a traccic cop stops and issues a fine for the light not working my next fight will begin. Of that i am sure.
since i have had my new hexing prepaid meter it keeps giving errors when loading electricity. no one helps you they keep saying get in touch but no one replies to mails and the phone is never working...WHAT A JOKE
I have been trying for two weeks to get PG Glass to come and replace two windows at my residence. i have spoken to 9 different people and have phoned them 6 to 7 times already. They keep saying they record their conversations and when you refer them to it, then they don't have a clue what to do. i suggest if ever you want to get any glass related issue sorted out not to use PG Glass ever.
