Bought 12kW LiFe Po batteries at tremendous cost from BlueNova, it is supposed to have 10 year warranty , but to get Blue Nova to answer a call, or provide support seems to be impossible. I called, left messages, sent emails, but support is not forthcoming. I would strongly advise against investing in these batteries for Solar backup
We have no Telkom and very intermittent service from both Vodacom and MTN. Enter Wirulink... Now I have 20Mb per second , I work from home, I stream movies and have daily Teams meetings. If ever the service goes down, I call the call Centre and it is up within a few minutes. It has altered my way of life in a very positive way.
With launch of the new Samsung galaxy S23 I received an email advertising certain launch specials. These included automatic upgrade of the memory from 256Gb to 512Gb. Also a free Samsung Tablet S6 light. As well as 50% of the cost of a phone cover. I bought the S23+. And tried to get the 50% discount on the cover, but they said I don't qualify. I also claimed the Tablet S6 light, by logging the claim online and providing all the details. But after 3 weeks there is still no tablet, they don't answer calls and refuse to give any explanation for not honoring their adverti*****t.
Called KP to alter my insurance, ended up saving a few buck .. Rowayne Hartze was the agent that made this happen
I purchased a Land Rover Discovery4 2013 SDV6 SE. was also promised the service detail and never received it.. then when the D4 broke down with Main bearing failure only then did the send me the service details. I noticed that before I purchased the vehicle, they had major work done on the engine, including a engine block replacement. On further investigation I found that the engine details were never updated on the eNatis system. When I confronted Top Gear Auto on this, Matthew informed me that it is standard practice, as no one would ever know. I only had the D4 for 4 months , so was trying to cancel the purchase. from that point onward the relationship with Top Gear Auto just deteriorated. I first tried to resolve the issue by going to the MIO, but they would not take the case as it involved criminal negligence or misrepresentation. I have now logged an official complaint with the Consumer council. I bought the D4 for R325k. Matthew has offered to buy it back at R250k. They don't seem to do business in good faith. If found guilty of gross misconduct, the Consumer council can fine them R1Mil or 10% of their turnover.. I'm hoping that this will get them to give me my money back.
