Bought the smallest bag of Waggies I could get because I ean out of dog food. My 2 Jaxk Russels refused to eat it for 2 weeks. I gave them extra food from the table. There is definitely something wrong with this food.
Do NOT USE. I have had an account with Edgars for 25 years and never had an issue until Blue Label Connect came to the show. They added a subscription on my RCS/Edgars account without consent, and now, 9 months later, the account is still not sorted out. It is accumulating interest every month, and no one is willing to listen to your story or to help you sort out the issue. NEVER will I EVER use Edgars again.
I have had an issue with this company and my RCS account for 9 months, and it is still not sorted. They added a subscription to my RCS account and refuse to reverse it. It is accumulating interest every month, and now I was handed over to debt collectors. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Since December no payout and when I load my slips there is always an issue. I think they are just gathering information now. Empty promises.
Not to be trusted. I bought a box of Cheese Griller Pies. The pie dough was bitter and could not be eaten. After only 2 bites, just to make sure I was not imagining it, I threw the pie in the dustbin. It was horrible and uneatable. One day later I had tummy issues for a week for just those 2 bites. I laid a complaint via e-mail 2 weeks ago and up to date, still no feedback.
Again issue with this company Got a credit card. Get to the store. Go to the till have to suffer the embarrassment of the card not working. Try and call the claims department and then I'm told I have to call again on Monday as this is outside office hours. Now I have to drive back 50km to my house with nothing to show. We'll done. I have waisted time and petrol to get something I got "money " for but the card is not working Why not just pay my money back to my account... now I will have to spend money to call and get this sorted and again drive 50 km to the store and 50 km back home if this is sorted. And if I get another card pray it is working... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE as your choice of insurance.
Very bad experience with the MiWay vehicle department. I had a claim that I submitted on 17 February. After a lot of asking, I finally got a claim agent to communicate with me regarding the claim. I am still waiting for the claim to be processed. I have to really beg for feedback or for anyone to come back to me regarding what is going on with the claim. I laid a formal complaint against the original claims officer and asked for a new one. I got a new one, and now all I hear is the sound of crickets chirping as no one is coming back to me with an update. Can a claim really take this long? Can communication really be this poor? They are quick to take my money every month, but now...... Payment is not happening...
Want to give them a good rating but unfortunately cannot because of Blue Label Connect. They added Subscripton to my account without checking with me. Then, when I reported it, they did not reverse or credit my account. Now I am struggling with both to clear my name, and the one debt collection company after the other is harassing me daily. I refuse to pay, and RCS is not helping me at all other than replying with autoresponse to my e-mails.
