Poor services

I submitted a request for restoration on the 1st of April 2026, up to date I have received any help or update, I make follow ups weekly without getting any help. I was told to send an email I've sent it numerous time but I haven't received any single response. I don't know what to do anymore because I needed the certificate by end of May as I am applying for school and applications are closing on the 31st of May. The last call I made the lady I spoke to said my application is awaiting approval from a team leader I told her it's been waiting for this approval since the 20th of April and I asked her to put me through to the team leader to make a follow up she refused, she said she will make a follow-up and I will receive communication on my e-mails, it's been over a week now I haven't received any communication. Now I'm stuck I don't know what to do

Found my self owing R5k that i can't afford to pay

I have been using their wifi for quite some time paying R499 for unlimited, last year September 2023 i got sick i was in and out of hospital and in November i went home on maternity leave so i didn't pay for those months as i wasn't using the wifi and they switched it off. To my surprise in march 2024 i receive a letter of a demand from a lawyer that i owe their client (supersonic) R4924, but how because i wasn't using the wifi for 6 months

poor service

i ordered an electric heater online on the 11th of June. It was then delivered to me on the 22nd and when i opened it 1 of the bars was broken and it had a dent. I reported it the same day and logged a return. Courier arrived on the 29th to puck it up. Today its the 11th of July still nothing

Never take a cotract with TELKOM!!!

I took a cellphone contract with telkom in 2018 it was a 24 months contract and its 2023 now they're still deducting my money. Where i am staying there's no Teliom shop near by, I've been trying to cancel for the past years and everytime i call they'll tell me to pay a certain amount then email the proof of payment...i don't know how many times i have done that and i dont know what to do now. Last month i went to my bank to reverse my money and tried to stop the debit order this month they debited double..

Aramex (shein order)

Aramex is the worst, it doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered from shein on the 10th/10/2021 by 20th/10/2021parcel was in SA. On the 30th I Recieved customs invoice and I paid the same day.. I tried calling them on the 10th of Nov to ask if I could pick it up by my self since it takes forever and they said customers are not allowed at the airport, it's the 16th of Nov today and I still haven't received my parcel and there is no update on the website at all
