Good Day I have requested to move my line on the 10 of June 2019 the tec came out on the 14 of June at 16:30????? to say that he can't move the line due a problem with some board. I have phone telkom back on the 18-06-2019 to ask what is going on and the replay and said that the line has been cancelled with the old adress and seclude for instillation will be today 20-06-2019. Still no one has phone me and when i phone telkom 12:30 they have an excused that the line can still not be removed. Now my quotation is when will my be moved with no excused and will I be credite for the days I am with out internet.....
Good Day On the 29 September 2018 requested to move my line on the 2 November 2018 I have waited the whole day for the Tec to came out order nr ********** 09A. On the 3 November 2018 Telkom durban phone me and ask has the line been moved and I have repalyed and said no still waiting, I also have a new order nr ********** 09A witch was given to me on the the 02 Novenver 2018 as telkom said that there is no order number created!!!! From the 05-11-2018 I started to phone telkom twich a day to ask when are they moving the line as I batteling for a month and a half now on the 06-11-2018 I have phone back again as spoken to Raymonf ref ********** and he said that the account has been suspended and he will put a note on the system why has the account been suspended , I phone back on the 07/11-2018 and spoken to Mohamed 09:00 and he repayed to said that the matter is by tec and waiting for feedback on the 10 i phone back again and spoken to Mossie Ref ********** and she repayed still waiting, On the 12 -11-2018 i have phone Telkom and the account was still suspended and also have got a invoice from Telkom for the amount of R1220.49 will be bebited from my account i phone accounts dep and spoekn to Thando ref ********** 0 and ask why telkom charge me for move my line as telkom said I am on contract the move of my line will be for free so she disputed and ask also. So I really started to think Telkom can't do there work properly I realy do hope this matter will be solved as soon as possible and that i am not going to be billed to move my line. Regards Ryno
