I signed my guest house onto Expedia to attract more business but it's been an absolute nightmare. I did receive bookings but no payment. Upon receiving the first booking I realized my speedpoint was able to run virtual cards ie manual entries so I was forced to change over to electronic bank transfer. Only to find out it takes 30 days which isn't the worse part by the way... They can't give me a date confirmation for payment as the system is glitching due to the change from virtual card to Eft... So now I don't know if I will ever receive payment.... It's alot of money and I really need it to cover expenses. The customer service is a nightmare too cause everytime I try to get feedback no one knows anything.
Service is unbelievably ***********, they had to come 3 times in 7 days to fix the same fault. One of the techs interfered with my 15 year old daughter while she was home alone luckily for a short time before I returned. Maybe if they were focused on the job on hand instead of getting young girls phone numbers we wouldn't be sitting without internet so long. It is also important to mention that when my.line was being installed they burst a water line and didn't care about having it fixed. Said I had to get it fixed and I must pay the plumber then they will reimburse me. Its being 3 years and the plumber fees were never reimbursed.
I took my daughter to Mug and Bean at Arbor Arch Mall. The set up is amazing, beautiful view , friendly servers. Food was good but a little average for the prices charged. Otherwise an absolute must.
Wimpy Wooburn in Pietermaritzburg is in my opinion the best Wimpy restaurant in Pietermaritzburg . They have spectacular services, their meals are prepared so expertly Everytime. Their Burgers are just the best , better than other Wimpy restaurants , good size of meals offering value for money. Best part , mums with young kids and go have a relaxing meal while kids play at the jungle gym.
This has been my absolute favorite restaurant for a few years now . We live in PMB so I cant exactly eat there weekly but I wish I could. Anyway we drove up today to have a late lunch and found out that they close at 3:30pm. However , their service is so good they were still going to serve us eventhough we walked in there at 3:20pm . Although we appreciated that , we couldn't ask them to do that, every one needs time off so we opted to order takeaway. I mean we good people but their food is amazing and we did go all that way. Suffice to say , it most certainly did not disappoint. Portions were still quite large, it was packaged so well to avoid spilling. Amazing service, Delicious food and value for money. If you haven't tried them yet...you really should.
Absolutely excellent service on a whole. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Excellent service delivery. They make customers feel welcome.

This company exudes perfection. They have being using my business PMB Backpackers Lodge for staff accommodation for a couple months now and it's an absolute pleasure dealing with them. There's begging for payment or drama of any sort.
The Barber Den located at 78 Leinster Road , Scottsville is the best Barbers in town . Their skill is absolutely unbelievable. Being a lady I was skeptical going to a Barber Shop but the Barber named Denver was absolutely amazing. I just showed him a pic and said this is what I want and boy did he deliver. I noticed that guys come from far and wide for their skills of doing fades and beard trims . The atmosphere is so chilled , everyone is completely at ease and relaxed as if at home. They also have amazing products.
If there was a minus star rating Nedbank would be the Bank get it. Their service is incredibly *********** to say the least. So I took a loan in September last year... Biggest mistake of my life... It's being a continuous nightmare. First they don't know how debit order mandates work cause they debit my account all willy nilly... My mandate signed stated 31 October however my account was debited on 22 October. When I called the call centre to ask why it was debited on this date the guy apologized. Next thing I know the installment is returned to my account. I call back the call center asking why they refunded since they would just have to take it again on the 31st...to which he says no don't worry it set to go off my account on 31 Nov... I asked but then won't it look like I missed a payment... And he said no. I then emailed a long email to customer service to make sure my account doesn't go into arears as my credit record would be affected... To which he states don't worry it's set for Nov 31. So then I dony receive any statements from Nedbank so I have no idea what's going on with my account. Then I call the call center and request my statements be emailed suffice to say I find out my account is in arears when I apply for Standard bank to take over my debt. To which they decline. My excellent credit record destroyed because call Centre staff and administration don't know what they are doing. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this bank because it would be too cruel.
