A decent location, a decent range of products, and decent prices. The staff are a problem. They don't seem very eager to help customers. Today the store closed early (3pm instead of 5pm) because Easter - with no broadcast, no announcement, no warning. The "acting manager" (while the store manager was unavailable) was arrogant and rude, insisting no customers may enter, since Easter is being treated like Christmas, it's the "store's choice" to close earlier without warning. Treating customers like disgusting / annoying pests is not a good look. Guess who was still open and delivering (received just after 5pm same day)? Checkers Sixty-60. Guess Pick 'n Pay Tyger Valley doesn't want my business that badly...
I am pleased and grateful for the service provided by Uber and their network of drivers and staff. Over the years I have made of use of them several times for transport, parcels, and dining delivery - most of the experiences were excellent, a few were slightly disappointing, but overall they have a high level standard of service delivery, and I appreciate that. I don't have any notable suggestions for improvement. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
Aramex Cape Town division has once again exceeded my expectations, and I am very grateful and pleased with this exceptional performance. A package was out for delivery this morning and for some reason had an incorrect contact number on it. I checked the tracking and saw they had attempted delivery but I didn't have any missed calls. I phoned Aramex Cape Town and spoke to a consultant and provided my correct contact number, and said they can try again tomorrow - not even 2 hours later they contacted me and delivered. Wow, same day solution, I am very impressed and grateful! Thank you again!

Over the years I've made a few purchases with FirstShop (on their website and the BidorBuy/BobShop platform), and most of the time shipping has been good - there have been some delays at times, but I always received what I ordered and customer service has been good. This time around I want to give a big thank you (and a 5 star service rating) to Chris Durant and Kevin Pointer for helping get me updates and being so fast to respond. I'm happy with the pricing and products, the service and shipping are good, I'll gladly continue supporting FirstShop (and reminding myself to have some extra patience with shipping delays - 1 week wait for delivery isn't that bad).

Report them to SAPS, don't pay a cent, don't give them any personal information, block them and try capture any information from them to report to SAPS. They sent a FRAWDulent SMS pretending to be debt collectors for a CURRENT AND FULLY PAID ACCOUNT, without the correct person's name or even their gender: "Dear Mr/s" (which is it, Mr or Mrs or Ms?!). Hyenas. Do not engage with these cremenals! P.S. HelloPeter, Don't make blokkies ### when I use words to tell the truth. Now I must type like an illiterate to avoid your auto-censor "FRAWD".
