I bought a 2nd hand Lexus from Lexus Lynnwood and what an experience seriously, they treated as if I was buying a new car. James Fourie in particular went the extra mile and made this a very pleasant experience. Going forward there is little to choose between luxury brands It's all about the dealership and making all the buttons on the car user friendly Thanks guys Best wishes for the future you deserve success all the way. And no, I do not have family working at Lexus Lynnwood
In our greater family we have 4 Volvo's a superb motor car Imay add. Now let's look at the CMH dealership. My new Volvo XC 40 is still under warranty When I took it for a service it had a leaking water pump, which had to be replaced, and I was not allowed to drive the car without voiding the warranty. They in fact kept the car for 6 weeks awaiting spares and I did not get a loan car for this 6 week period, I had to hire a car. The spares they said would take 6 weeks to arrive. Now 6 weeks later the spares were not in the shipping container. where do we go from here I ask? Volvo needs to take note of who they appoint as their dealers I won't bore you with other poor experiences I have had with CMH Volvo, but they are killing this superb brand unfortunately
Used these guys quite a few times without any problems The last time they got it wrong but full marks to them they addressed it via personal telephone calls and one on one contact which is increasingly rare these days
Aliexpreess is a **** company. They rely on heavy advertising to draw you into their net and then they pull the trapdoor So I ordered the goods. On the scheduled delivery day 6 weeks later they said I must wait another two weeks. Thereafter they said they couldn't find my address and sent the goods back to China Follow the dots. The goods were never sent. They never contacted me they have my address as well as a cell number Order from them and you will get 100%****med
Swatch Watch, think again!! For anyone considering buying a Swatch think again. The watch itself for the price is good value for money, but now lets talk about the strap. All Swatch watch straps are of poor quality are configured in such a way that you can only buy them at a Swatch outlet. The straps are generally of poor quality and will last no longer than two years BUT SWATCH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPLY YOU A REPLACEMENT STRAP As a result you may as well throw the watch away at this point. I refer specifically to the Menlyn branch and don't try and phone them the telephone number on the website is outdated, and its your fault?? So you have to go there. They will not phone you and no matter how many times you phone a cell number I obtained you will be fobbed off So if you are considering buying a Swatch Watch this is a big negative. Would I buy a swatch watch again. Not on your Nellie
Further to my last review where after I checked my dogs in at Bidvest Pet lounge I was called out of the airport building as I was boarding to come and remove my dog's collars as it was a matter of life and death that they fly without collars, never mind that they have flown countless times with their collars on before. You can imagine this cost me a lot of money, stress and effort as well as very very nearly shortened holiday. Anyway, I eventually managed to now get away on a short break and proceeded to now return home the same way but from George airport. Guess what, not a murmur about the dog collars and we returned home without being requested to remove the dog collars. One doesn't want to rub BIDVest Pet Lounge in it but it needs to be brought to their attention that one cannot operate this kind of service this way its diabolical. What the hell must we do, damned if you do and damned if you don't??? On arriving in Jhb we had to wait 2 hours to collect our pets and it was only after Robyn? phoned the airline (Airlink) that someone started the process of transporting the dogs to the airport lounge. Do we need to remind you that for many of us our pets are almost out children and not a chunk of meat I say again this service must be shut down or professionalised. It is right up there with the worst service I have ever received outside of government departments. Some years ago, a newspaper group ran a program called the Apie Awards. Well Bidvest Pet Lounge, boy you guys win it hands down, congratulations. To your credit a lady called Mrs Willis did eventually call me (from your Port Elizabeth office??) and apologised and gave me credit for the return journey. But wow what a stressful holiday
For those of us lucky enough To take a dog on holiday on an aeroplane very circumspect if you have to deal with the Bidvest Pet Lounge The rules change on every booking which is fair enough if they inform you before hand In our case this last time we booked the dog in and confirmed all was okay We then proceeded to the airport booked in and went to board At this point we get a call saying that the dogs could not be boarded s they were wearing collars. This relaxing little break hs suddenly become a nightmare what do you do, clearly their staff are untrained and ******** of the dynamics of air travel Futhermore not a hint of an apology If you take a pet on holiday and travel with a pet it’s in the lap of the Gods You deal with ******** people untrained staff who will potentially spoil a well earned break you planned BOOOOOOOO to Bidvest Pet Lounge
This is a general complaint agains the quality and variety of fish available to consumers in South Africa not only OB The only REAL fish available to us to buy almost anywhere is hake and kingklip ( imported from New Zealand if you go to OB) and au OB the kingklip is either sold out or off Never mind the powers that be telling us to buy fish responsibly but go to Europe and you can buy virtually all kind of fish you want.? We in SA are being short changed on the drags of the fishing industry No doubt all our fish is exported Something needs to be done about this as the quality and variety gets worse with each passing year before we are only left with crustaceans on the menu Find me a fishmonger in SA ,we don’t have any and don’t ever ever consider buying a fish franchise as you will. No doubt go bankrupt
I must forewarn anyone wanting to make a purchase from Hilti to deal with them with great circumspect. Be aware a lifetime guarantee means for the lifetime of the equipment not your lifetime (like a Rolls Royce. ) As soon as the piece of equipment is withdrawn from the market it will not be serviced or repaired by Hilti and spares will not be obtainable, you might as well throw it away. This so called lifetime guarantee may be as short as 18 months after purchase in certain cases Also make absolutely sure that you don't overpay for ANYTHING as credits are all but impossible to get back even if you take up your request for reimbur*****t to the head office in Germany So pasop don't say i didn't warn you
Communication is ONLY by computer So they send me e-mails every day asking for a COMMERCIAL INVOICE which I have sent to numerous addresses 20 times and of course they send me another e-mail Try phoning them and you are wasting your time What an *********** company
