They asked us to re use dirty plates for seconds. They are friendly until you pay over a deposit and then they won’t accommodate any further requests.
The agents sold us a house with a broken geyser, rusted toilet, the door handles fall off when you open doors and alot of the tile work in the bathroom was painted. In addition, we received a old stove that also does not work. The house was sold to us in 18th Avenue Rietfontein Pretoria. Poor service and even dissatisfied with quality of the house.
This insurance company truly lives up to the statement that GOEDKOOP IS DUURKOOP. Extremely unprofessional and to this date has done everything to avoid processing my claim. I have submitted pictures and documents to them and they best they could do was to claim that I had failed to pay a premium. I had sent the proof of payment and all the necessary documents and still get an automated response that lacks reasoning. I warn anyone who is looking for cheap insurance you will surely pay in the long term. I joined this insurance scheme in 2016 paying R1850 which is well over R50k to date and I am unable to get anyone to speak to who can explain how which documents are missing, instead I get emails without a date that claim that I have skipped one premium.
Brought my car in for a part replacement at KIA Silverton, Pretoria. Was contacted on Monday when car was brought in and was told that part would be delivered on Tuesday. TELKOM HAS BEEN A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT SO FAR. THEIR MODEMS HARDLY WORK, I AM NOT ONLINE FOR THE PAST DAY. POOR NETWORK AND VERY SLOW. IN ADDITION, THEIR CONTACT NUMBER DOES NOT WORK? ALSO, THEIR CONTACT CENTRE STAFF IS POORLY TRAINED ON HOW TO RESPOND TO TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO THEIR MODEM. THE MODEM IS MEANT TO LAST 2 YEARS AS PER THE CONTRACT BUT IT SEEMS TO BREAK DOWN LONG BEFORE TWO YEARS.

I'm very disappointed with the property managers Balwin has chosen at The Blyde. Iv reported my snag on the app and only got assistance after my 2nd conference call with one of the contacts. My fridge rubber is coming off and I was told to call Defy. How am I going to get Defy to come to my flat and fix this without any guarantee of the fridge. This is unbelievably unprofessional and it seems like it's not going to be their problem. I'm stuck with broken appliances in my apartment.
I am very dissapointed with the service I received today in Buffelsdoorn Klerksdorp branch today. Even after I answered all the questions, provided you with my fingerprints and waited, I did not get assistance. I needed to increase my online banking limit in order for me to settle a home loan transfer to Standard Bank. The banker told me that the branch manager can only authorise R400 000 and that the the request will have to go to Head Office. Even after the branch manager arrived I still did not get help. I could not stay at the branch long so I walked out because I needed to get back to the office. I indicated that I am also working and on office time. When I got back to my work place I called the branch again and i spoke to Lucan Rutman who provided me with an incorrect email address for your for the branch manager. As you can see I took the necessary steps to call and I came to the branch however I could not get assistance. I feel that the employees at Buffelsdoorn Klerksdorp undermined me and delibarately delayed assisting . Does Nedbank train staff to judge people by how they look or look at appearance to make judgement on whether a client can afford a payment or not. I am very dissapointed and humiliated by the service I got today.
