I joined Absa not so long ago, and I was impressed with them for their rewards system. However, I have recently upgraded my package and now my Rewards tab is missing. I have logged a ticket for them to look into it, and no feedback thus far! I am loosing out on my rewards accumulated and also the rewards I can win going forward!!
I ordered 2 filters via email, asked the lady requested. We received the quote, and made payment. But they have just gone MIA on my delivery 😒 I need my order placed!!!
I placed an order on the website. Lovely deals. Received only 3 out of the 4 pairs. And the quality is not as the site said it would be! And now when you log onto the site to log an exchange, the site is no longer working 😑 How do I get a refund, or my 4th pair of sneakers that I paid for?? Not a happy customer.
Telkom is seriously thee worst provider!! I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone! Especially when you call Telkom, you on hold for a hole 30mins before a consultant answers, and eventually when you get through to them, your query is not resolved!
